Great value and price for a last-minute unplanned stay due to a canceled flight. Don't like the fact that they require 48 hours notice to do airport pickups especially in emergency situations like the one I faced. What was odd is that I saw a van or two with their logo parked out front but yet my transportation leaving the hotel back to the airport was done by a third party vendor.

The room is big enough, you get everything in the the same room. A refrigerator, microwave, toaster, stove inside the room. I got breakfast included in the package, the taste of food was average anyway you can still order takeout in UberEats. The hotel is 10mins away from the hotel zone by car and uber isn't as expensive. I spent there 5 days and a total in Uber I spent 1,300 pesos moving around the hotel zone. You can still take the bus for 12pesos.

Locations DOES NOT have transportation to airport as stated in filter on hotels.com. Our room was nice and very spacious for one night, but toilet and bathroom sink did not drain and room/balcony was over parking lot with super loud road. Need to taxi to get to any food/entertainment. Fine for a quick stay, but wouldn't want to stay as a vacation spot.

It was a good place for the price. The rooms are very nice. Staff are amazing. Breakfast is pretty good. The only food option is the rooftop snack bar, it is open from 2:30-9:30. Good food at the snack bar. We had a nice ocean view from our room. Close to the airport which was great and not too far from the beach and restaurants, about a 20 minute ride depending on traffic. Uber responses were very fast. Nothing in walking distance.

Room was decent. Horrible service. Keys were not working and we got stuck in the hot elevator for up to 4 minutes, had to hold the emergency bell. It is not walking distance to anything . Breakfast was decent .

I liked this property was a space away from the hustle of main hotel area. It is just an easy drive into all the dining and entertainment areas in Cancun. Much closer and easier to get through back to airport!
