Very clean and well maintained property, room was of very good size, very quiet as well, you can have peace here, not a party property. A lot of good amenities on the property, roof terrace, pools and restaurant very beautiful and well maintained. Most of all very friendly and wonderful staff, we stayed on this property for a month and definitely will be returning here very soon.

Excellent place to stay for families my room had a full kitchen plus a very nice rooftop pool, the closest beach is Dolphin beach and it a $4 Uber ride away or half hour walk to the bus and 5 min ride if you don't mind a little walking it a great place to stay in Cancun friendly staff a great breakfast every morning and very clean rooms I would definitely stay again !!!

The hotel is close to the airport and also it is close to the beach. I like the room it was spacious and able to cook. The breakfast is excellent and if I have the chance to comeback I still choose residence inn. Its perfect for my family.

Comfortable and quiet

This hotel is very comfortable and in a quiet area. The rooftop pools are great and offer a unique perspective of the seas that most other places don’t have. The downside is there is no direct access to the beach from the hotel.

Didn’t disclose that their alcohol license was suspended and so no alcohol in their establishment. They told us we can do an early check out for the inconvenience and willing to just charge us one night which we just spent. The next day, the mean manager asked us to pay 2 nights and threatened to call the police on us. We are willing to do so but we ended just signing the document that we will dispute the charge.Very unpleasant experience.

I love the fact that it is quiet, clean and safe. I was not looking for an inclusive hotel because we rented a car and drove many distances during the day. And it was very nice to come back to this quiet, clean hotel. The hotel is not cheap, but not as expensive as the so-called inclusive hotels. The breakfast was has average. The 2 pools on the rooftop, we're very nice. The snack served from mid-afternoon to 9:30 PM came in handy. The gym is large, and well equipped. I love the location of this hotel Because you can drive 40 minutes up the hotel row and to Isla but you can also drive 40 minutes to beautiful. Snorkeling ports, Tulum and chichen, itsa ruins which Are more accessible from this hotel. One definitely needs a car when you stay here. Parking was ample and safe. And it is fabulous to come back to this very quiet hotel After the day's commotion

This place is in great condition as it's only a few years old. Our room was really nice. Only complaint is at best your view will be like a mile of trees before you hit water. It's different from the other resorts though in that it's pretty isolated and it's completely self contained which i personally think is cool. The bar and pools are all on the roof. Def coming here to relax during a zombie apocalypse.

Nice all suite hotel with a breakfast included. Dining options are very limited and with limited hours. There is nothing within a reasonable walking distance of the hotel so if you want food for your kitchen or meals outside the hotel it is necessary to take a taxi. Uber and Uber Eats worked well for me here. The room itself had nice ammenities, a good shower and comfortable bed and pillows. Coffee was provided but no creamer or sugar. I recieved 1 bottle of water at check-in but nothing after that. There is a small 'convenience' store with snacks and water next to the front desk in the lobby. I was kind of annoyed that everything is in US dollars. Isn't this Mexico? I had to ask for a conversion to Pesos. The small balcony was great for drying a bathing suit. There is a view of the ocean from the roof, where there are 2 pools. The property does not have an access road or path to the ocean, as far as I am aware.
