If I could giver ZERO stars that’s what the resort ”motel” would get.
Within us being there four hours (Husband, daughter 13 , son 10 and myself) I was walking up the club area to speak to a manager. My spouse was talking to another resort to see if they could get us in. We were in the palm building which is right in between grand and Sens. since I booked through EXPEDIA they would not do a refund even when I was speaking to the manager and the Expedia assistance I was there for less than 4 hours at this time.
Our room was like a crabby motel room.
We stayed for 5 nights and only got the room cleaned once. I had to call twice to get towels.
We were told that we couldn’t use the pool that was between our building and the Sens. It was the Sens “pool”. Same thing with the bar. Even though that was right next to our room and the closest to us. Why would you connect a restaurant to a resort building then say well you can’t use this one.
The bar at the ocean was slow ALWAYS had a line. The works never asked if you needed anything, but they were too fast to pick up those plastic cups. I would barely finish, and they would come and collect.
We went to try to use the slides at the kid’s club. We were told that it was being cleaned, and we would have to wait till 330pm we came back and then it changed to 4pm then they had a movie on so my kids couldn’t use the slide.
The app is not good. We tried 4 nights for reservations. Was denied every time. Tried different restaurants and times
