Receptionist seemed to be annoyed every time we needed something, she also did not mention most of the things that were included in our “all inclusive” it wasn’t until the very last day we finally got told by another guest there about the different things included in our “all inclusive”. Rooms are extremely outdated no working outlets rusty light fixtures broken tv broken outlets in the bathroom that seemed somewhat dangerous, the bathtub was full of grime around drain and shower head looked like it had not been changed out since they opened. The staff is 80% extremely friendly just a few people who seemed annoyed when asking for help. I had been coming to this property for close to ten years, last time being a few years back, the quality has dropped tremendously and unfortunately we will never be back here.

Ceiling tiles were water damaged and then painted over but still rusted and did not seem safe
Outlet next to bathroom sink used for hair dryer looked like a fire hazard, did not hold plug in would slightly slip out exposing the connection

I liked the beach view from my room and some of the staff were friendly. I also enjoyed the variety of food at each restaurant. However, i was so disappointed about the internet availability. I had to sit in the lobby to talk to loved ones who wanted to speak with me, something i could have done in the comfort of my room. In this age and time, Hotels usually have secured Wi-Fi connection for their guests in the rooms. The AC in my room was leaking water and i reported to front desk thrice but no one came to check it. The television never worked during my stay at the hotel. I don't know if i will use this hotel in my next visit to Cancun

Our entire room had MOLD; walls, ceiling, the bathroom sink. Room service was very bad never did they ever answer a call. The hotel says is has free wifi, but they don't mention it's only in the lobby. Definitely not coming back here. Never did I see someone cleaning the pool, the pool had foamy vomit looking floating around. Not to mention there was a pad with blood under the stair bridge of the pool. Saw it the first day I arrived and it was still there by when I checked out. Very disappointed.

The staff at the Flamingo Cancun was very attentive, courteous and helpful. The food available at all the restaurants in the resort was top notch! They had great chefs! Every day was a delight to the palate. I enjoyed my stay and will visit again! Cancun is a paradise!

They tried to charge me for the stay, I called to asked for a late check out and was informed that my payment didn’t go through. At check in I provided my voucher and once I arrived to check out at around 11:45 am, I was given my check out pass after 12 because they failed to read my reservation correctly. I was not offered an apology for being given incorrect information or wait time which could’ve been avoided if they had taken the time to really see my reservation before I arrived to check out. I could easily see distress on the receptionist face when I informed her my reservation was paid for and I was also able to tell other departments where informed that my reservation was not paid for so it seemed that once I was exiting the property they had to double check I had paid my reservation. I appreciated the free upgrade to the swim out given the ocean view I paid for was overbooked but the air conditioning was not working, we reported it maybe 40 minutes into my arrival which was late at night, left maintenance in the room to enjoy and came back to exactly the same result, the air conditioning not working and assumed it was a general complaint given that when we were checking in, you had other guests complaining about the air conditioning and planning a room change. We made the best of that situation but really to be told the reservation was not paid for was upsetting and left a bad taste.

The staff are fantastic, my first room was awful (on the main floor right beside the housekeeping supply room) but They moved me to an upgraded ocean view room, then it was great. The buffet is small, but pretty good food.

Would not stay here again. Felt uncomfortable since our first day. Food was not at all great. Paid for all inclusive still had to pay for room service. One buffet area and was always packed. Small restaurant that we had to reserve. Horrible cell/internet service throughout the whole hotel.

Beach view was nice. But wahsroom's were leaking, water was not draining out from the bath tub, the room was not too bright. Overall it was very average.

Very small. For 2 days the main pool was under construction. There is building and construction being done around the property which starts early and goes late. Crane was still going at 8om. Limited food choices. Changed room 3 times. Will not go back. Not happy at all. Had no luggage which was Frontiers problem but they had an employee from CUN airport deliver it to me. $250 of tagged, new items had been stolen out of my luggage. My assumption was he pulled off the side of the road and went through it. This is my 8th visit to Cancun. Worst trip EVER ! Also, left an Apple charger in the room on accident. Also, stolen. Called, reported with zero action.
