Hotel is dated, toilet ran, door to bathroom was difficult to close. The staff throughout resort was very friendly and helpful. Hotel was very clean. There was a employee named Sophia with the entertainment crew that was incredibly rude and confrontational. Food was ok. Not to the standard of other RIU resorts

My entire stay was absolutely amazing. Mostly because the staff of Riu make it very memorable, from the check in to check out, restaurant staff, entertainment team, bartenders, housekeeping, and bellmen were all just truly wonderful. The food was also amazing, many may say all inclusive food is not the best, but let me tell you Riu Palace restaurants was definitely 10/10. Definitely planning to stay here again

Yes the room was beautiful and in great condition. Enjoyed the Jr. suite oceanfront view. The food quality wasn’t that great even with the different selection of restaurants. The meals were always the same in every restaurant and not an excellent quality.was The entertainment and crew were not great as well. The dancers didn’t seem to enjoy what they were doing and were not very professional.
