Overall,we enjoyed our stay. We did upgrade to Preferred status and that was definitely a plus for us since the regular pools were quite loud and noisy. Seaweed is an issue so the beach wasn’t very enticing. Room was large, bed very comfortable, view was beautiful, food was better than average for all-inclusive, staff was very friendly and accommodating.

The food was not good and me and my husband got sick due to the food and other viral infections went back home sick will not return

The welcoming at the resort was very pleasant. The check-in process was unwelcoming. After a long flight the last thing I want is to be hounded to buy excursions or told I get a free $200 resort credit but only if I spend more money. During dinner I was offered a lobster meal only to then be told it cost$75 not included in the all-inclusive. The food at the outdoor bar was good. I found that a lot of the food is the same at all the restaurants just prepared differently. The Italian cuisine was not good at all. Overall the service, atmosphere, beach access location, multiple pools and unlimited top shelf cocktails was a huge plus. I did find that it was a lot of couples and over 30 crowd. The room is spacious, cleaned daily, and the balcony view of the deluxe ocean view room is breathtaking. I would return. Lastly, the beach is public so it was quite annoying to have vendors come up to you while you're relaxing soaking up the sun trying to sell you items, they are very pushy and had to be told more than twice to go away.
