This was my second time staying at Secrets The Vine, and once again, the experience was absolutely amazing! The service here is truly what makes this hotel so special, every single person is warm, attentive, and always ready to help with a smile. A special mention to Yeovani from the buffet, he was incredibly kind and made our mornings so enjoyable with his great energy and attention to detail. It’s people like him who make you feel right at home. The staff even surprised us with a beautiful room service breakfast for our anniversary, which was such a thoughtful and memorable touch. Moments like that are why I keep coming back. Thank you to everyone at Secrets The Vine for another wonderful stay, can’t wait for the next one! 💕

Slowest Service for dinner you will encounter. 4-7 tables are empty (in any of the restaurants) but they will take 30-45 minutes to have it “set the table ready”. Of course the slower, the better for them, so you eat/drink less. If its was a paying restaurant, they will be running to sit you asap. Here is the oposite. I have a video to prove my review but cant upload it here. It happen 2 nights in a Row the same situation.

Hotel smelled like paint, room 1003 not completely stocked when checked in. Roof leaking outside front door floor had water every morning in front of door rags placed on floor

We really enjoyed our stay at Secrets the Vine. The property was amazing and the beach was the highlight of the property. As always, the staff at the Secrets was superb. I will definitely visit the property again.
