Most of the staff was very pleasant and helpful. We did encounter a few people who were not so friendly. The waiter we had at the Italian restaurant our first night was not pleasant and we felt he was annoyed by our presence. The concierge service was great! The food overall was nothing spectacular. The Italian restaurant was not good at all. The hamburger at the grill by the pool was better than the Italian restaurant food. The Bluewater Grill (steak place) was good and very accommodating.

Staff was amazing. Sebastian was a great concierge, always there to help with whatever we needed! De Dios who was a part of the evening preferred club lounge crew was also awesome. I pre paid for everything ahead of time because it was my first time in Mexico and it was my birthday and I was traveling alone. I was left at the airport for over a hour with no service so I couldn’t call the resort to find out why I wasn’t picked up. That was the first problem. I also had to pay a fee of $60 for another shuttle to pick me up. Secondly I paid extra for a king room with a view I didn’t get that, the food wasn’t good but they made sure you had plenty of alcohol to drink! I spent 80% of my time In my room because I didn’t have vip access to anything else. I hate that I pick that place for my first experience in Mexico and for my birthday. Now don’t get me wrong if you had a large group or as they said to me “ a prefer VIP” was the only way they showed attention to you. Idk I just felt like they show only certain people good hospitality not all guest

Food was excellent! Every restaurant had delicious cuisine. Issues include: Rules being enforced- Security should not all guests to bring a speaker box to the pool and play music, what about the other guests at the pool? There should be a no tolerance for fighting or the intention to fight on the property. These guests should be removed immediately…that’s reckless endangerment of other guests and makes everyone feel uncomfortable. That’s a hostile environment. I was on vacation not at war!
