Our stay was October 2025. The resort is very large with lots of dining options. The facilities, especially the bathrooms were cleaned and well maintained. The staff was always very engaging and professional. All in all, a great experience.

Overall a great experience for our first family trip to Cancun. We had a beachfront room . The views were stunning especially in the mornings the sunrise was breathtaking . The staff in all the resort were very friendly and courteous . The food and drinks were awesome . We especially liked the Hacienda Sisal . A great way to make memories with our girls .

Damien is the best at the pool! But staffing is limited and wait times are more than usual! Activities could be better and the sports bar wasn’t open to watch college football. Food was average, honestly pool food is the best! Steak quesadilla and pizza ! Limited elevators and only shows on Mon Wed and Friday kind of sucked! There was also no included coffee bar or ice cream- all were for an extra fee. Many drinks and food items were also only available for an extra charge above the “all-inclusive” charge. Rooms were okay but very dated, especially bathrooms. Beds were AWFUL- recommend asking them to put a mattress topper on your bed as soon as you get there!

On the second day we never received maid service to clean the room or make the beds or change out the towels. At the outdoor pool, there was no sense of urgency to open at 11am and once they did open many of the wait staff were talking amongst themselves and ignoring customers

Our room was upgraded…. I love the fact that we had a good view of the pool and beach. Waking up to the sun raise was a good one. However when the power was out and I got back from my vacation the staff approach and Expedia’s approach was terrible. Overall we had fun apart from the power outage for over 12 hours.

We stayed at this hotel from Sept 23–29 with family and friends. Overall, the facilities were clean and well-maintained. Our room was spacious with a beautiful view of both the beach and the pool from the balcony. The Murphy bed was comfortable for the kids. Dining options included a buffet, Mexican, Italian, sushi bar, and sports bar. Reservations were fairly easy (from 8 AM daily), and the à la carte food was great. However, the buffet had limited variety, and the sushi there was disappointing. The pool, hot tub, and small waterslide kept the kids entertained. The beach was just steps away, which we loved. There was a kids club, but we didn’t use it much. Some activities had extra fees. Overall, we enjoyed our stay, but a few things were frustrating: -Tips didn’t seem to be appreciated, I tipped $1 when getting a drink or even tipping $5 while ordering lunch for family, received no attention. It was only when my friend (perhaps by mistake) tipped $10 that the server suddenly gave our group lots of attention. Since we were on an all-inclusive plan, this level of service—despite the generous tipping—was disappointing. Many food and drink items came with unexpected extra charges. It was also quite inconvenient to have to hand over your room key and say your room number every time you ordered something. Rooms were clean and mostly quiet. But if you like nightlife, this place may feel a bit too quiet. Also, soundproofing wasn't great—noisy neighbors could be an issue.
