We had booked a trip for us and our family. Instantly noticed that all pool/bars essentially close down at 5pm, leaving the only restaurant open the little sports bar with very limited menu. (Aside from the buffet that you have to book most nights and priority is given to Time Share Holders). This would leave us all relying on the room service that was ~1.5hrs waiting time or purchase our own food or liquor down at the resort store that was overpriced. Also, there is no evening beach or outdoor entertainment - we all had to leave the resort for this. All-in-all; we had family come here to stay as well and all agreed this really is not a typical "All-Inclusive" and haven't experience any other resort so regulated to this manner - Aside from requiring your room key to literally do or order anything (Including a coffee) My above comments were also echoed the same with newcomers to this resort that we met during our stay. *Good thing to add in above is that the resort was very clean and very safe. Thank you!

They stole money from my credit card, they charged money from the deposit left in our checking, and we had to pay a government tax that supposedly, everybody HAS to pay everyday for staying at a hotel in CanCun. I want the refund of my deposit, they said that was just in case there were expenses Or damages, and the expenses, which were tips for the service, were included in the almost 100 Dlls that also covered the government tax. This is so sad and outrageous. I want the money of my deposit refunded. They simply stole money from me. Such bad ending.

Expedia doesn’t tell you upfront that this is a time share resort. They have it written in small type somewhere. Because it’s a time share, they make you switch rooms half way through your stay to make space for time share holders. Also, given that it’s a timeshare, be sure to keep tracking every single cup/utensils/plate in the kitchen. They will charge you for them (even if the maid took them with the room service order). The rooms are dated. There wasn’t much variety to food. We paid for the all inclusive options and every where we went, there was a surcharge for anything more than the basic meal. (Which is NOT the case at other all inclusive resorts). They take your physical room key for everything. Overall, it was ok. Feel let down by Expedia and disappointed by this “all inclusive” resort. Felt partially inclusive. Will not be returning here.

There is just one restaurant you can eat and one bar.You have to stuck that one or do room service with an hour wait time again. Drinks taste kids cough syrup even no good margarita.Hard to believe but yes horrible margarita. They try to sell other alcohols. So they sell good drinks and it is $20 bucks. It is very limited and wait time. Also no entertainment and even no bar you can hangout after dinner unless you don't want to do kids karaoke.Trust me it doesn't even a one star hotel and waste of money.
