Had an amazing time last week while staying at this resort. Celebrated son getting ready to leave for college. Entertainment staff was amazing (huge shout-out to Emanuel, Gracie, Marco, Israel) they definitely kept the fun and vibes going and made it a phenomenal experience! Rooms were clean and good size for the trip. My only complaint is that there was a horrible smell coming from the lobby bar and you would get hit with smell as soon as getting off the elevator. Not sure if the bar drains may need to be cleaned & disinfected. That would be my only complaint. Some seaweed build up on the beach, but to be expected this time of year!! Overall, great time at this resort

The property was good but the beach I was expecting better. The staff workers from the front desk to the restaurant to bar and entertain people were amazing, very polite and helpful, room service as well , the property was always clean , it is very convenient having 3 pools , one for only adults to relax , the main to party and a second one to have volleyball’s games. Overall we had a great time .

Everything was beyond amazing. The only thing that requires attention is the front desk staff (I dealt with). It was very welcoming until I met the front desk host. Very cold and callous as he/she (member of lgbtq community) seemed agitated speaking to me. I was eager to finalize the reservation and enjoy the vacation.

Good resort, limited restaurants options to nothing me and my family stayed 7 nights and we had only 2 restaurants options beside the buffet where they used the same food everyday, for the 2 restaurants that i saw open you had to set reservations 1-2 days ahead in the Solaris App which wasn’t the easiest. Staff was friendly, when we checked in one of the hotel employee set us up what we thought a pleasant day but instead it was a set up to sell you timeshare, horrible experience they pushed and pushed for you to buy and be a Solaris member. Resort was clean, staff was very fast at their job and serving drinks, drinks very weak.

Nice pool area and nice bartenders. Decent value for the price. Reservations have to be made through an app that doesn’t work. Gift shop will add money to transaction if you aren’t paying attention. Not a terrible place but don’t have high expectations
