If you’re looking for peace and quiet in your room after spending the day by the pool or beach, do NOT expect that. The walls are very thin and you can hear absolutely everything from the hall to the rooms next door. It’s unfortunate cause the hotel is actually very pretty and very clean, but you will be woken up very often at night hearing people walking and yelling down the hall and hearing your neighbors talking and laughing. You literally hear it all as if they were IN your room with you. Other than that, the staff is friendly and the hotel is beautiful. The Buffet is DELICIOUS and the staff there are also very friendly and kind.

The pictures didnt justify the resort. Dining was limited to reservations on an app. The first night the staff was not helpful and as we tried to get a refund on the stay and were able to we were forced to stay. We will not be returning to this resort.

We went with 2 toddlers so we searched for a place that was family friendly. I was sold on the playground, kids pool and playroom. I was under the impression we could leave the kids there to play while we stepped a few feet away to the pool bar. One person said they only allow 4 and older to stay without a parent. (Which makes sense since 4 year olds are able to communicate more effectively, my youngest was 2) and another said it was ok, but we just stayed with them while they played. so that was a bummer since we couldn’t find at least 15 mins alone to sit at the pool bar. Also the timing of certain things we also not the greatest. The bar didn’t open until 11. Which when most ppl on vacation are ready to drink by 9am lol. Also the kids playroom and kids pool didn’t open until 10am closed at 5. But the playground stayed open all night. Also they had cool activities for the kids like keychain making! Overall it was a 9/10. Staff was pleasant, food was good. Not too far from the airport. I heard from other people the night time activities were great. We just couldn’t experience them since most of them were after 9pm and kids went to bed. The gift shop had things I didn’t expect I need like diaper rash cream, which was excellent for my little one. I would definitely recommend to others. Hopefully they reconsider making the child watching services hours a little more accommodating.

Pretty hotel, food was HORRIBLE. Not enough restaurants just 2, not much to do around the hotel, not snacks in the room but drinks. A lot of the entertainment was in Spanish so hard to follow.

No water for over 24 hours in the entire resort. When mentioned to staff, they seemed apologetic did not offer alternative remedies or resolutions to compensate for the issue. My family and I were not able to brush our teeth or shower for over a day. Additionally, A/C in our room was leaking one of our children almost slipped and fell from puddle on the floor, toilet was broken had to have the team repair and beds were very hard and uncomfortable to sleep on. Also, there was another resort being built next door, so there was a bit of noise and the building blocks a bit of the ocean view. However, staff were all very friendly and kind.

The food was delicious, the staff were amazing and attentive, and the property had lots to do and fun nights planed. Our family enjoyed our vacations! I will recommend to everyone I know that wants to vacation in Cancun Mexico.

The staff was rude and there were not really any choice of food just hot dog and hamburgers. I paid for all inclusive and there were so many restrictions for me as a guest with all inclusive. Not work the money being paid to stay there. Flys on the food out side by the pool and they expect you to eat it.

Hotel was smaller but family friendly location. The restaurant reservation process via the app was probably more of an inconvenience. We could not get a reservation time that was fitting for us. The host for the restaurant was not the friendliest. The waiters and waitresses at the buffet area were exceptionally polite and friendly! The hotel was clean and fragrant throughout. Concierge was a little much for our liking in terms of pushing us to sign up for promotions from the hotel.
