Generally good experience, right in front of ocean, miles of beaches to walk around and enjoy. Staff was generally courteous and helpful. Food options could be a little better.

This was our 4th time at the GR Solaris, with the last time being in April. Not sure if they changed vendors since then or what, but the alcoholic beverages were not good. They tasted like diet mixers were used, and the fruit drinks tasted very artificial (rather than like real fruit). The food was okay - nothing special. On a positive note - the staff is very friendly and hard working, and the facility is very clean. I think we will look for a new place to stay next time we go to Cancun.

The property is in need of a good remodeling .very old styly hotel. It was supposed to be a all inclusive, but if you are NOT a member, you DONT get the bottles (RUM,WISKEY N TEQUILA) in your room, like any other ALL INCLUSIVE. SO THAT IS FALSE ADVERTISEMENT!! Now if you are not member, n need an umbrella on the beach, you guess it !! You don't get !! Cause you're not a member( that was said by the manager Pedro) Now Buffet staff....Incredible!! And the food, like I never tasted in Cancún, Delicious 😋!!!

I like this property until after I packed before leaving and verified all my items then the same morning went to get breakfast before checking out my keys got tamper with and the keychain was gone, not attached to it anymore and my key was tucked in a spot in my bag I would never leave it and not sure if they even made copies of my key. On our way back to grab our luggage’s the elevator did not work for a good couples of minutes which was super odd. Our safe was giving error codes the previous day & we had no access for hours. Elevators was off stopped at every floor but no one was there and that happened a lot whenever we would take it. After a while it did not feel safe to be there.

Next to the resort a new hotel/resort was being built so no one could be at the swim up bar because the debris kept getting into the pool, I have never been charged for room service ever while being at a all inclusive an they charge for room service,
