Rooms service is not all inclusive part have a app for everything that didn’t work the whole time so wasn’t able to schedule shows/dinnners 0 info on anything about resort sister resorts things to do we transported are own self to aqua world because no one helped us at resort key card to room didn’t work half the time the list goes on do not stay here !

Jessica was the best at the lobby desk. Overall many great employees with a few rude ones. Towel guy and coffee shop ladies all rude. Adult pool needs signage stating no kids! Brazilian steak night on my birthday was the worst of the whole week! Hardly got any meats at all. Buffet was repetitive but good. Marco Polo was good, couldn’t even get in some restaurants because they were closed or full. Resort was far from full. Would I come back? No because I’m going back to all adult. Wayyyyy too many kids for me personally.

I’ve been to Cancun multiple times. This is the first time I’ve stayed at this resort. The food is very limited and recycled thru out the day. Buffet is very small with limited options. The hallways smelled bad. The lights in my room went out, I asked front desk if lights are censored they said no so that was a concern. My room had a bad smell I told them about that as well and nothing was changed. The pool had mold in it.

The place is great and service is amazing but I'm on vacation with my family and I have a kid and hearing two men having sex is unacceptable (I'll give them credit for giving us another room). The doors between the rooms were like made out of paper. We heard everything the people in the other room were saying. Also, the hallway, you can hear the people yelling, talking loud, etc. And the AC barely cooled the room no matter how low you can set it (the lowest i was able to set it to was 22C) it would turn on for 5 minutes and off for 55. Most of the time the lobby was hot. It was our first time visiting Cancun and overall we had a great we had a blest, the majority of guests were great people but we might look to stay somewhere else because some of the guests smoked weed and the people we were hanging out with noticed it and didn't like it as well. I would have given it 5 stars if we didn't have the issues above (we're on vacation, we need to relax, it wasn't cheap)

Great location- quick walk or uber ride to many locations. Fun for the whole family- our teenage children also had a great time! A friendly and helpful staff- we saw sea turtles on the beach and planned several excursions with the assistance of the hotel staff.

It was nothing out of the ordinary during my visit. I barely spent any time on the beach itself. The lack of available loungers made it difficult to find a comfortable spot to relax. On top of that, the water was filled with an excessive amount of seaweed, making it quite unappealing to swim or even wade in. Overall, it was a disappointing experience at the beach.

We went to Cancun for the first time. We were there early and were not able to check in to our room early but were able to use the facility. We are Expedia vip members and weren’t able to get the upgrade on arrival. They offered to upgraded the next day but it was not convenient at all. We would have had to check out our room at 11 and not able to enter the new room until 3 pm. Just wanted to relax in a room and be convenient,so we did not upgrade. It would’ve been nice if they let us go into the room right after leaving the first room. The late checkout at 12 PM was nice. The food was OK it was. It was hard booking restaurant reservations for dinner, but if you show up at the restaurant more than likely, they will take you in, but we didn’t figure that out until the third night we were there. This day was OK. There were some construction a lot of noise. On a good note, the location near the beach was perfect. The umbrellas and chair were very comfortable. I would’ve been nice if we could order food and drinks there. There were shows in the evening which were nice. It’s a nice place to stay if you have children. I would not really recommend if you’re trying to have a romantic time. I give it a 7out of 10.

The lace as extremely small. Construction going on all day on hotel next door. Blocks most of ocean view. Food choices were very limited and all bottom choice alcohol.
