We had a lot of fun staying at this resort. The staff were extremely friendly and hospitable. Food was great. Something to eat any time of the day. Loads of activities within the resort. Truly 5 star experience. Only thing that we hated was some concierge trying to sell the time share part within the resort. We had to literally run away from those folks. Apart from that there was no negatives on this resort. We would gladly recommend this to all our friends and relatives. Beach was really clean and vip lounge was a lot of fun as well. Great stay overall.

It was my husband's 50th birthday i specifically asked for an ocean view room instead i received a view of the parking lot. When asked if they could change it they claimed i never made any requests qnd when i showed them the email thread they said sorry but it's too late now. Horrible customer service and constantly harrased by sales staff to book various activities

This resort is more for children 6 years old and under. My 8 and 10 year old were both way over the hieght limit to do any of the water slide stuff. The hours are kind of limiting. For example the pool closes at 8 and there is only bar service between 11am and 11pm. The mexican food was all very good but everything else was more like cafeteria level quality. The drinks are mostly watered down cocktails is tiny plastic cups, which in the hot sun was fine.There were always wyndam time share sales people lurking around agressively trying to get you to sign up for a vacation club. It was overall a fun time but I wouldn't go back.

It was clean. Service was ok. I did not appreciate the attitude from the front desk. We booked two rooms together and got placed into different floors and separate wings. The woman the next day said she found a closer room on the same floor but could not tell me what room, or guarantee if it was the same room category. We paid extra for a lagoon view but she lied and said that all these categories- lagoon or “internal” views are the same price. That’s not true even on your own website. Food options were not as tasty as other resorts we have been to. It is a small resort but fit our needs for this trip. I would steer away if you don’t have kids. It was during spring break so kids were everywhere.

The rooms are specious and beds were very comfortable. Massage was just amazing, especially with Jasmine. Shows are good, the best that we like was the Before Spain (or something like that). - Pools are quite busy, except very early mornings, and not too much shade around. For cabanas you have to pay to use them. - Always lines to the restaurants, even buffet. And you can’t make a reservation, unless you order some extra food. Actually the extra seafood dish is really nice. But in restaurants you have to wait too long to get served, don’t go there when you already hungry. The staff are very nice, always smiling and working hard. ? Morning exercise couch is quite tough!

First time in Cancun with All-inclusive experience. It was a great experience overall with my parents! The hotel is a family-friendly environment with kids and sometimes it was a bit overwhelming to endure screaming and yelling both in a public and stateroom. That's the only reason I gave 4 stars here.

Although I thoroughly enjoyed the food, I didn’t appreciate the front desk staff at all. We were not given any information of what the hotel offered when we checked in. We had electrical outlet issues the first day, no hot water the second day and absolutely no water in our room the 3rd day. I asked that we be moved from the very 1st day because of the electrical issues but they would rather try and fix it and inconvenience the guest than inconvenience themselves. The only reason they moved me from rooms on the 3rd night was because I went to the front desk and demanded we be given another room with running water. We will definitely not be returning to this hotel. On a side note, the caretakers were very kind but the front desk is not helpful. Good luck if you choose to stay there!

The Wyndham Alltra is beautiful, has great amenities, and delicious food! We were pleasantly surprised with the food which is important to my family- it was delicious!! My son loved the kids pool and water slides. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. The beds were REALLY comfortable and the water pressure in the shower was awesome. There was plenty of entertainment throughout the day. We did not like the store (sun screen was $35). We did not like the one gentleman who served tacos by the pool for lunch- he was very grumpy and did not talk. He seemed like he didn’t want to be there. We would definitely stay here again.

This property was very nice and friendly the only down fall was there was a LOT of children so when u wanted to relax by the pool it was hard. Maybe next time I will try and adults only. The staff were amazing the food at the resort I have to say was the BEST all inclusive food yet. Drink were great room was very nice and clean. Definitely recommend.
