overall I am giving this property a good rating. I would recommend making a reservation through the property directly, and do not book through Expedia. Booking through Expedia gets you a room on the first floor with no view. The first room they wanted to give me was across from very loud construction noise from a property next door (literally next to my door) that went on from 8 am to 5 pm. The next room had a leaking toilet that leaked water all over the bathroom floor. I will say that someone came right away to fix it, but it still leaked. The second time he came out he fixed the problem. Also do NOT opt for transportation. This is a scam. The taxis at the airport are perfectly fine, safe and much cheaper. When I tried to arrange for pick up through Wyndham they gave me an email to use. I sent out an email to the address they gave me and I got two responses back. Unbeknownst to me, I set up two round trip rides. I don’t know why another party would have responded to my email but that is what happened.Please be sure the person you are responding to is the same email address you originally contacted! Other than the those issues, we had a great stay! We were very impressed with the entertainment at the hotel. There is always something going on at the pool during the day and the shows at night were excellent. Loved the silent disco. Food and staff were great. Don’t go during Sargassum season

I Didn't like that they are trying to get you spent money all they time, you feel uncomfortable. Beds are comfy, rooms are decent. Food is overall decent, not many good options for dinner rest. Nice beach area but not umbrellas, pools are nice, kids pool options were nice too.

The staff made sure to ask if we had any special occasions as it was my 40th birthday they surprised me on the day of with a beautiful banner on my door and beautiful decorations in my room as well as of course cleaning the room. Food was amazing as well as entertainment and enjoyed every minute that I was at this hotel and they were able to provide me also with an Excursion to experience the beautiful Island.

This hotel was exceptional. I really enjoyed the room and the amenities. The air conditioner was phenomenal and the beds were very comfortable. That staff was remarkable and very kind and catered to any needs whatsoever. The food was excellent. All restaurants were fantastic.The staff was wonderful. Cruz, the lifeguard, was really a super nice guy and really helpful and very aware of his job in duties. I am definitely coming back to this resort! Outstanding!

The food was great & the staff was friendly. The entire resort was very clean! The entertainment staff were a bit pushier than we would’ve liked. One of our room’s air conditioner didn’t work half the week & not much was done about it.

The folks there very polite and helpful. Twice, they surprised us with well-planned and generous gifts celebrating our anniversary. The room was immaculate and beautiful. The pools and beach were perfect.

the food is okay nothing great. The worst part is the constant harassment from the staff to upgrade or to partake in a timeshare conference. They took us aside for 30 minutes before telling us to participate we said no thank you. Everyday at least 5 people would approach us along with the person we said no to. It was horrible. The rooms are cheaply updated. I was not impressed. My husband stubbed his toe on the step to there were no lights and he did not see the step
