This will be on my top 5 places to stay in Cancun. Repeatedly. The hospitality was amazing. They always greeted you with a smile. all the restaurants and the food were amazing. They always had events that we could hear from the balcony, which was also cool.

Staying at this hotel was a horrible and stressful experience overall. The beach area is terrible, half of their small beach area is full of rocks and you can't even swim there. The food was just ok but I hated that they called pastel de tres leches to a horrible cake that was actually not tres leches. The worst part was when they told us to go to the front desk to receive some coupons. They gave us some useless coupons and insisted that we should attend a presentation, promising us to receive a massage in exchange. Unfortunately, we made a mistake and accepted the invitation. The nightmare began! The sales persons, Daniela and Monse, were trying to sell us a membership to UNLIMITED VACATION CLUB. They made us a lot of promises and they were very persistent. The more we said no, they more they would make promises to convince us to buy the membership. We spent 6 hours there! And we finally bought the membership. Three days later, we realized that they lied to us! Most of their promises were false! I called Daniela and ask for an explanation and she kept assuring that she didn't know that all she promised us was not included in the plan. I requested a cancellation for the membership because they didn't give me what they promised and they refused to give me a full refund, saying that from the $4841 we paid, they would keep $745 dollars for a bottle of wine that we received and the massages! DO NOT ATTEND THE PRESENTATION AND DO NOT BUY THE MEMBERSHIP! Do not let them fool you!!!

I really enjoyed this place. The beach was spectacular and so great for little kids. The food was good. Staff is amazing. The resort smells amazing. The main pool needs some work. Overall, I’d definitely return.

Armando from VIP guest services was so accommodating and professional, he went above and beyond to ensure that we were happy and comfortable, he assisted us with everything, he was our go to guy. Excellent, great personality, promt and very caring.

Perfect for our family trip. Rooms were nice although room smelled musty also smelled sewage pipes and made me sick being there a week. Room service brought in an air purifier which helped. The staff was wonderful!!
