Ok food, but no one trying to trick you into going to another hotel. So many scams trying to get people into buying a piece of a property, was nice not being hit up here. Dont fall for any facebook schemes with 4 nights 5 days, is all scams.

Horrible experience in prefered booking. Everything that was promised was completely a lie we did not get to enjoy ourselves. most of the time they were asking us to buy stuff. Everything is an extra cost restaurants need reservations otherwise you don’t get in on the all-inclusive room Service only has three items available. Staff completely harasses you to purchase other items including a $50,000 hotel membership completely ruin our anniversary celebration.

We enjoyed our stay at this resort, where the staff is wonderful and the rooms are clean. Our only suggestion for improvement would be to serve the food at a hotter temperature. Overall, we can't wait to visit again.😊

We were sold on this preferred upgrade for $200 and the pool was over taken by screaming kids all 4 days. There was no monitoring of who paid preferred- so we were dipped off. The lounge chairs on the beach were constantly unkept and torn furniture. The place is extremely understaffed. Un trained at the bars for serving and the preferred lounge basically had the same snack food daily and not as good as the Buffett. We will not be back.

Nice property, plenty of restaurants and food options. The kids clubs was awesome, Adler and Estefania were so good with my 4 year old. Rosa took care of us for breakfast and Lunch, Isaac was just as nice. From the Valet to the housekeeper, nothing but professional during our whole stay. Thank you for such a wonderful vacation.

I enjoy my stay there. I went with my kids 6 and 4 years old and the had a great time at the kids club and the beach, the beach is great for kids and clear water. my room was very good, nice view, clean and confy. bathroom was full equip with all the supplies and products I needed. Food was good but not excellent. the buffet was great for breakfast. burgers at the pool were excellent too. a few options for lunch (not many) for dinner you have to get to the restaurant right when they open or they will tell you that there is 2 or 3 hours wait. they always suggest you to go to the buffet. there is something behind this, they take reservations for the VIP on the hotel. so they reserved the tables for them and of course its not enough for everyone staying in the resort. Drinks were ok. few shows at night time but they ended early. Staff was SUPER COOL, extremely nice. I had a great time overall. It just pissed me off that we were at Gaucho rest for one hour and 30 minutes and we saw how the hostess told everyone but the VIP that the wait time was 2 hours, but inside the rest was almost empty. staff is very competent to help you find chair at the beach they also serve at the beach.

We visited this past weekend. The renovations on the restaurants are elegant and the service and food was great. We found the location in reference to the beach to be perfect as the water was crystal clear, shallow and very safe for families as it is on a protected bay...the other hotels we saw had rough waters and lots of seaweed, so we were really impressed with this beach.
