I loved staying at this hotel, great location the amenities. The employees made us feel welcome at all times, they gave us great attention, service, super kind employees, great food, music and great vibe to party. My only complaint was the bath towels, it was very rough and that the hotel doesn’t have hotel shuttle. Other than that, it’s a great place. I would stay here again!

Overall, my stay was absolutely wonderful. It was my first visit to Mexico. With the exception of a couple of people, the staff were wonderful: they were cheerful, helpful, and were able to help in both Spanish and English. The food options were great with lots of variety. I don't have food allergies, but they always asked if there were allergies that they could work through. There always seemed to be activities for those who wanted to participate in it, and they weren't pushy if you didn't want to be part of it. This was also a draw back as it was usually really noisy until fun around 9 in the morning until about 11 pm. My room was very clean and very welcoming. The check in process was very easy. I'd recommend it, especially for chuldren. There were lots of kids there and it was family friendly

All was good except food. 2 out of the four of us got sick after eating. Drinks were terrible except for the preferred Lounge which drinks were amazing there. Resort itself was beautiful and service very good. Probably will not go back because of the food and drink.

We were good we were given an upgrade but were moved to a room on a higher floor without w balcony. I booked balcony rooms because we love to sit outside in the morning. Additionally our room fridge didn’t work, the bathroom had a mold in the shower. Over all a very disappointing stay
