We had a villa with a small soaking pool. Everything with the room was excellent and comfortable. Staff was very friendly. Our butler Jessica was very helpful and responsive. Pools were clean and kept up well. My only issues were the snack bar being slow with the only staff member behind the counter prioritizing filling the wait staff’s orders while ignoring guests standing right in front of him. We went for dinner at the main buffet one night and the food was horrible. Luckily we were able to get a good dinner across the way at Flor de Sal. Also, the wine situation is strange where we have to buy a bottle in order to have any. It would’ve been nice if certain wines were included by the glass.

The villa was nice, but the plunge pool was not so much it was dirty and needed more water. The food was ok. They shouldn't promoted as an adult-only hotel. There are children everywhere, the only place there are no children is a one-pool area with little to no shade.

Our stay was wonderful! From the moment we arrived we were greeted by friendly and smiling faces. Our room was beautiful with a wonderful ocean view. Our VIP Butler Alejandro took care of every need. This was the best vacation we have had. So relaxing and the view was amazing. Our butler Sarah was AMAZING! She was attentive, caring, and on top of her job! She set up reservations, told us about events, walked us to dinners etc. She also set up a private dunner in the beach for out Anniversary and put ballons and flower petals on our bed! You could tell she cared about her job. Everyone at the hotel was so nice and friendly. I loved every second here. The food was great as well. Some if the drinks tasted different depending on who makes them but for the most past were good. I would love to come back.

Hotel was great! Butler was so helpful and made all our dinner and sunbed reservations. The restaurants were very good. Pool was a little cold. I love the location because you can walk on the beach for a long distance and feel safe
