Room, property, and pool were very clean. Staff was outstanding. Food was okay throughout and great at San Temo and Brasas. My only complaint was room service. Food was good and staff was pleasant but it was wrong almost every time. They did fix it but it was almost comical. If I'd been in any type of hurry it would have been very annoying. Highly recommend the property.

El servicio brindado por el equipo del hotel fue verdaderamente excepcional. Mi familia y yo estamos sumamente agradecidos con Adrian, Eladio, Heraclio y Alan, quienes elevaron nuestra estancia a través de una atención de primer nivel. ​En el área de desayuno, Eladio nos recibió desde el primer día con una cordialidad ejemplar, supervisando personalmente que cada detalle fuera perfecto. Asimismo, Heraclio destacó por su calidez y eficiencia diaria. Por otro lado, la atención de Alan en el bar de la piscina fue sobresaliente; su hospitalidad y las amenas conversaciones que compartimos hicieron nuestras tardes memorables. Estamos convencidos de que el factor humano es lo que distingue a un gran hotel, y su equipo es prueba de ello

Overall, a very good resort. The entertainment staff was amazing—you definitely won’t get bored. All staff (waiters, cleaners, and support) were fantastic. The rooms are a bit dated but very clean, and the views more than make up for it. Beachfront umbrellas are limited, but it wasn’t a major issue.

Overall the resort experience was excellent. The staff was kind and helpful in all areas. Not at all pushy to get a massage or become part of any type of membership. In an entire week there only one time I was offered a massage and they totally respected my No. Check in and check out were pretty easy I would try to add a couple more front desk people because we did have to wait about 45 min ! The pools were extensive so you did not feel like you were on top of other guests. Had a section for kids with shallow water which my son enjoyed. If you are planning on coming with young children they are super kid friendly and accommodating. The food was beautifully displayed and delicious at the buffet. There were many other options for all three meals. Rooms well cleaned daily. Hotel over all very clean. I would most definitely stay at this hotel again!

The rooms were very clean and in good condition. The food was very average. Pools were clean and in good shape. this is the first time I have ever stayed at a resort that is open to children, the resort did a good job of having activities for the kids but I will not stay at a resort again with kids. The overall cleanliness of the resort was average.

Staff was the best, amazing hospitality. JJ at the pool area and Pedro in the buffet were the best waiters. Unfortunately the a la carte restaurants' situation is a bit of a mess. You can't make reservations, so unless you leave the pool/beach very early to put your name down for a spot, you end up having to eat at the buffet every night. The first time we visited we could actually reserve ahead of time, so we had a chance to try all the restaurants.
