Great hotel, the staff made it worth our while. They were all amazing especially the entertainment crew. They were pretty awesome. The pools are nice but the set up is a little awkward, but it’s fine. We had a great time.

The hotel is really nice with a great view not so far from the airport and nice beach. I did not like that the restaurants did not have the reservation option, we went to the italian one and it was awful over an hour to get our dinner and the waiter attention was even worst. Regarding the VIP experience I thought it was for all the days

Place was nice, clean and staff was friendly. Drinks were good quality. Food options were okay but not great. The civiche bar was by far the best option.

Everything was nice but the door in our shower did not closed completely. Also the water did not warm up fast and not enough. Other than that everything is perfect and the staff from the restaurants were super nice and friendly. The other part I was not very satisfied is with fiesta rewards, the person who was trying to sell us a membership was nice and friendly until the point we told him that we were not interested. My recommendation for this fiesta rewards program is to give their customers time to think then make a decision otherwise customers feel pressure when you have to tell them an answer right away. Customers go on a vacation the least you want is to feel pressure and then uncomfortable being around sellers.But I will give employees from the restaurants a 10 or more!

I have been going here for 5-6 years. My favorite reaort to visit best service and staff they treat you like family and are there 24hrs a day. They are very attentive and have the best service, best resort in Cancun hands down. Thank you Dany and Rebecca for making our experience soo memorable each time. Incredibly grateful!

I was helped by Edgar in the front desk, he offer me to upgrade my rooms which I took, however he gave us papers to sign that we got the bottle wine from Expedia, but we never got it. Also the concierge will try to get you to seat for them for membership, I prefer to book with Expedia for more options. The up sale is there so be aware. The travel counselor is good prices are not too far from prices on website like Xcaret. We decided to use Taxi services from this hotel very friendly, not too expensive.
