What is the best at this hotel is the employees. They are all super friendly and really want you to have a good time. Eligio, the bartender at the lobby bar IS THE BEST!!! We had the best time with him. Our room view could have been better. It was pretty much facing another hotel.

Overall it was a good stay. The vibe is a more relaxing vibe. Entertainment could use some work. The dining options it would be nice to see a place of what’s offered for the Buffett ahead of time. Reservations would be nice for larger parties ahead of time. Bar staff for the pool was amazinggggggggg! Could not recommend jj enough and Pablo ;) his friend! We also had another amazing waiter! Entertainment: silent dj party was a hit! Mj was way better than Selena. Activities are not well posted. Canned beer for the room like more than 4 should be an option.

My partner & I visited Fiesta Americana with a couple of friends for 7 days 6 nights & we had a wonderful stay. It was our first time visiting Cancun and the views at Fiesta Americana were absolutely unreal! The ocean view room at the Tower was 10/10. I would have to say the main reason we had such an amazing stay was due to the service provided by these specific staff members: 1.Alan, Samuel (Sammy), & Felix around the outdoor bars. 2.Eligio at Lobby Bar. 3.Arle at Rosato Italian restaurant. They were incredibly kind, friendly, professional, and made us feel right at home! If it wasn’t for these individuals we wouldn’t be giving this resort a 5/5. Please give them all a raise! Their service made our experience a lot more memorable. Some notable highlights: - quick check in, check out process - beautiful ocean view - PLENTY of food options anywhere you go (all were absolutely DELICIOUS!) notably the fish tacos at Ceveriche, beef burgers at the grill, churros/donuts at the sweet corner, & Kalmia breakfast buffet! - room service/housekeeping -easy walk-in reservations at restaurants (but we didnt enjoy most of them, we actually preferred Kalmia during dinner but Rosato - Italian was amazing, especially the vibes/service!!) -multiple pools & hot tubs (however we wish there was an adults only pool) Some dislikes: -coffee shop: was ok had limited options for non-dairy coffee beverages -entertainment was avg But I would highly recommend this resort if visiting Cancun!!

Pros: Pool area was nice, never had an issue finding a lounge chair. Staff was good, food was great. Cons: Limited Air conditioning & limited activities. Extremely limited spaces to go to after dinner-there is one main square used as the sports bar, disco, lobby, and theater. There is a theater at the resort but it is not used. It is very loud in this area as well-almost as if the people and music/singers are trying to talk/sing over each other. This really diminished our experience and would not return because of this.

Staff was wonderful, great customer service, they really want to make you feel welcome and it shows from the moment you enter the property with the guys welcoming you when you get out the taxi, front desk personnel, the lobby area, elevators, gardens, restaurants, beaches, halls were always clean, if it rained that area was immediately being cleaned, the only thing I noticed was inconsistency with working electrical escalators, I only saw both escalators working once. ( It's the first impression you get from the hotel when you arrive from a long flight, even though the staff is ready to assist you, the hotel as a building and maintenance should look ready also...it's a small thing but I think it's an important one). At the Buffet restaurant Edgar was amazing, he remembered what we liked to drink from the first time! I mean, he's assisting so many guests all day long and he treats you and welcomes you in such pleasant way first thing in the morning until 11:00 pm at night as if he wasn't tired, with a smile in his face, he's just great. Concepcion did a great job cleaning our room also, we met her for a second but she was sweet and smiley face. Henry at the front desk was very helpful moving us to a different room, we for some reason didnt care for our first room, we prefered the Moon Tower, it seemed more open and lighter somehow and he was able to find us a room we liked much better. We appreciated all the staff and can't wait to see you again!

Overall good experience. The only thing I didnt like is that a staff member at one of the restaurant reached out their hand for a tip. We tip every time but we didn’t appreciate that gesture especially when they tell you that we make too much money so we should give.

Todo el staff maravilloso, hacen un gran equipo. Quiero mencionar a Henry en la recepción quien nos logró cambiar de habitación para una que nos gustara más, nunca nos hizo sentir como si fueramos una molestia. Edgar en el Buffet es increíble, desde la primera vez que nos atendió se acordaba de nuestras bebidas y nos presentó a los otros chicos que nos iban a atender (Anselmo, Reyes, y Jorge),los 3 dias que estuvimos en el hotel nos atendió con una sonrisa, el estaba trabajando desde temprano en la mañana hasta cerrar el restaurante a las 11 pm y siempre con una sonrisa y la misma actitud positiva, es un gran ejemplo para todos nosotros, quedamos muy agradecidos mi esposo y yo. Al igual con el trato de los otros chicos y chicas del restaurant, pero lo siento no me acuerdo de todos los nombres, y Concepción la chica que limpió nuestro cuarto también muy linda y con muy buena disposición. El hotel lo limpian constantemente, las playas limpias, los dos shows que vimos estuvieron muy entretenidos, el de Michael Jackson y el del Circo, no logramos ver el de musica folklorica mexicana pero quizá para la próxima ocasión. Es difícil regresar a casa cuando estuvimos atendidos de esa forma tan linda y en un lugar tan hermoso como lo es Cancun...Gracias por todo!!!

The grounds are nice. Plenty of seating and nice features. The food wasn’t anything to get overly excited about. Portions were really small, and multiple times they handed me items that I was allergic to, despite them having asked at every dining establishment and me stating it very clearly. It was concerning. Didn’t receive VIP amenities, and staff seemed somewhat burnt out
