The check-in took nearly 3 hours because the hotel couldn’t find my reservation. They finally found it after 11 PM, and by then, we were all, including our baby, overtired. Then, at checkout, they claimed we still had unpaid charges, and it took a long time for them to resolve it. It was really a terrible experience.

This resort exceeds any and all expectations! I absolutely loved it there and it was beautiful. The buffet and bar are always great. The pool and entertainment are always amazing. The staff make the experience so much better than anywhere I've experienced! The most amazing staff there are Eladio, Pedro, David, Eddy, Miguel, Isaac, Rosalindo , Felix, Samuel and Carlos. The fact that I can remember these people so well attests to the service I received! Amazing resort and I recommend everyone go!

By far one of the best all inclusive resorts I've been to. Staff, food, drinks, amenities all fantastic! Will definitely be back.

This hotel is just amazing. Staff is amazing from the moment of check in until the day you leave. At night there was always something to do, or shows to see. They also have 2 stores to shop at. Food was amazing. I will definitely be going back again!

The location was beautiful and the weather was just right, the property was clean and well ran. Everything started on time if not early . The entertainment was great and diverse while maintaining cultural relevance. There was only one bad interaction between myself my partner and the staff and it was confusing because we were told multiple different things and exceptions were seemingly made for others about a dress code. Overall I would go again
