The registration staff (Oscar D & Dennise T) were awesome. Oscar was able to change our room from one that was next to noisy air conditioning next door hotel to a beautiful 3rd floor room that was quiet and had a nice view of the beach and ocean. The baggage handlers were efficient and very friendly! The property was extremely beautiful especially the 2 endless pools. I would definitely rate this resort a 9.5, and hope to return soon! The only negative was upon arrival, I had to sit with concierge to hear about timeshare purchase interest. I was on vacation and didn’t want to talk about purchasing anything other than food and drinks and excursions.

Los cuartos estan muy bien, amplios y en buenas condiciones. Las personas de la alberca son super atentas, tanto las que te ayudan con los camastros como los meseros. La razón por la que pongo solo cuatro estrellas es por las personas de la recepción, quienes tanto en el check in como en el check out, estaban de muy mal humor, y no fueron ni cordiales ni pacientes. Lamentablemente son la primer cara del Hotel, y si tienen mucho que enseñarles. Fuera de eso, disfrutamos mucho la estancia.

Staff was incredible. They tended to our every need. Rooms were so great, with beautiful views of the ocean. The cleaning staff had our rooms spotless everyday. High end shopping mall with wonderful shops and restaurants right across the street. Food at the resort was good. Highly highly recommend staying at this place! We will definitely go back.

Property is the best around- the pools, cleanliness, wait staff, beach, and every outdoor staff person was outstanding- Luis, Ponchito, and Selena are just a few who made our trip 8/10. The only change from being here 2 years ago, is that the check in and the concierge service were very focused on attending an ownership presentation than making us feel welcome and appreciated for choosing them. They don’t owe anything to the customer, but small gestures such as a bottle of water or a walk to the restaurant for a first drink would be nice touches and were present previously during our stay. I work on customer service and a little goes a long way to sharing great experiences with others- word of mouth is more powerful than any other advertising. Even a free dessert or a bag with their logo would make the experience considerably better

Took my adult children for a Nov 25 week trip to Cancun - their first Resort experience. The Westin was making repairs to the front portico when we arrived, so missed the big WOW on entry. Inside the place was amazing. The staff top notch. We had a small hickup with a shower gel falling off the wall and tearing off a fingernail on our first day, but other than that, great experience. My daughter talked to the Oceania staff about Green Chorizo (what is it, where can they taste some) on the second day, and the sourced it from Tulum to make for her for breakfast! Amazing service, listening and remembering each person. Just fabulous. Daniel, our personal concierge, worked with me in the weeks before we arrived to ensure my requested food and welcome gifts were in the rooms for the kids when we arrived. Again, amazing service. Definately going back!
