The resort is very nice for it age, the staff was attentive...the only complaints we had was the food temperature. Food was good and presentation was on point but food at restaurant/buffet serving temperature was all off...cold food wasn't cold, hot food wasn't hot also a bit under seasoned but that could be to fit all visitors vs minority.

This is my first time in Cancun. I chose Moon Palace because there are many options to choose from in case I didn't like one. Although I stayed at The Grand, I thought Sunrise was much better and ended up going there more. Unfortunately, the beach water was so dirty that we didn't dare to step into the water. The beach itself was clean, but the water looked like there were sludge in it, not even seaweed. It was so gross I didn't see anyone in it. Nevertheless, the kids enjoyed the pool and entertainment options, and that's all that matters to us. The hair dryer and TV was broken, but maintenance quickly addressed that. I suggest downloading their app and reserving your restaurant in advance, but there are plenty of buffets around as well.

Amazing amenities lots to do food and drinks delicious. Pools dirty and dated need maintenance, room halls dirty unattended mattresses and towels on the floor. We upgraded to a ocean view and ended up on a room where pillows and mattresses smell bad. They offered pillow mist and humidifier that help with the smell but not enough. Beach full of sea weed but I don’t blame that on the hotel. Overall the hotel lobby, restaurants and activities are amazing it just needs some money on the room cleaning.

The staff and facilities were great at the Moon palace the Grand. We had great events at dinners including a blue fin tuna carving at a sushi restaurant, a Mexican fiesta at the cantina and a circus performance at their kids restaurant.

Room service was good. Restaurants are always booked. Small areas limited seating. Outside pool areas are dirty. Pool water was dirty. Definitely not a place to book if you wanna see Cancun.

El personal A1. Mi esposa se cortó el pie en la piscina de bebes. Nos acompañaron a la clínica para que le pongan puntos. Todo A1 pero me quedé preocupado que ese corte en una piscina para niños se 3 años, le pueda pasar a un niño.

Great stay for families, clean, the food was great, the staff was the best. My family enjoyed our stay, my only feedback is to cut back on the trash in the boulangerie because it generates a lot of waste.
