I loved this property. Although you have to be shuttled around, it’s worth it. You can walk to the lobby depending in where you are staying. You can also be shuttled to the other 2 hotels on the property which are all apart of the all-inclusive. There are 2 kid clubs as well, one for younger kids and one for teens. The buffet is amazing. You have to be able to find something that you enjoy. I would definitely return again.

The food was worse than a college campus cafeteria. Two of my three kids (ages 5 and 8) had food poisoning. The alcoholic drinks were disgusting. For the amount of money this trip cost, I expected much much more. We will never return to any Moon palace properties.

This was the best resort that I’ve stayed in. We brought our kids (7&10yo) with us and they loved every minute. There was constant entertainment throughout the resort for all ages. Every restaurant had excellent food, drinks, and service.

Mi Familia y yo vivimos una experiencia muy agradable en el moon palace the grand. La atención fué de primera. No tengo palabras para expresar lo complacidos que quedamos con nuestra visita a éste resort. Desde la joven Karla Pacheco, encargada de la limpieza de nuestra habitation hasta las jovenes que nos atendieron en los diferentes restaurantes y demas facilidades del hotel, como fueron: Laura, en tapas y vino. My first and last experience. This property is so huge and not enough transportation to transport you to other buildings. This property has a strong smell. I’ve been to other resorts and have never ever experienced terrible service. The first day we have to wait 5 hrs so that we can get our keys to our room. First time traveling with family (10) and it was the worst experience. We truly wasted an entire day doing nothing because we were all tired from the plane trip. I wouldn’t recommend this resort to anyone.
