My room flooded and dirty water was coming up from the hot tub. I had to ask to be moved to higher level room but when speaking to the staff, when it rains my room always floods and knowing rain was coming why would you put me in that room? Also there were way too many people and not enough reservations. I have been to this resort many times and the quality has gone down significantly

During our stay at the grand, we had very limited options of vegetarian food. The shows were cancelled and never were rescheduled for another day. Also, staff didn’t get good care of us during our bfast, lunch and dinners. It has changed a lot in the last few years. Hope we can see better days ahead of us.

Overall Beautiful place but in need of repair im some of the spaces including rooms. My shampoo dispenser broke mid stay and so did the faucet. Best server was Jordan at Circus. He was friendly and patient. Food was better than we thought it would be!

3 star experience at best. Food and beverage as well as beach experience great. Upon arrival room had sewage backup in hot tub requiring 4hr wait and much aggravation to get new room. Arrived 9 am and there was no available reservation in any restaurant before 930 pm and the buffet inexplicably closed for dinner. Check out process long and silly. Overall nice facility but way overbooked. Eg people reserving poolside chairs at 8 am. Annoying.

Great stay! Kids (3) ages 4- 9, and us parents loved it!. We have been to many all inclusives over the past 10 years tailored towards kids and this is a top one if not the favorite. The resort is huge and has many things to offer, be it indoors or outside. Nightime Entertainment shows are best I've ever experienced at any all inclusive. Many high quality dining options. Only set back is that with it being so big you need some time to figure out the numerous dining,pool and entertainment options. Take some time to map things out otherwise you may miss out on some great experiences. Themed restaurants, for example is amazing but not really mentioned upon arrival. Definitely going back!

Everyone was so nice and we enjoyed being able to enjoy all the amenities. The beach was beautiful and the heated pool in January was great.

The Grand is very luxurious and beautiful with plentiful dining options. Staff was unfriendly and a little rude throughout the resort, we went to there sister resort at Sunrise and Nizuc and what a big difference every one was nice and friendly. If I was to return to Moon Palace it would not be to the Grand. So if you’re looking for a nice place to stay choose one of there sister resorts it’s just as beautiful without the unfriendly staff.
