There were just endless amenities that it was impossible to do everything in my 4 day stay. I wish I could have stayed longer! Water park, bounce house, circus tricks, arcade, just to name a few… The resort was so grand we had to take golf carts from place to place. It was massive! We loved all the food options and things to do there. Will come back for sure to do the things we didn’t get to last time!

The Grand is a true 5-star all-inclusive experience. The rooms were spotless, the service was exceptional, and the dining options were outstanding. The kids’ activities were incredible—arcades, bowling, waterparks, endless pools, and live shows kept everyone entertained. The spa was absolutely magical and gave us the perfect place to relax while the kids had fun. We had an amazing stay and highly recommend The Grand for families, especially those with kids under 10.

The overall cleanliness of the property was good, but I was at this resort for five days and my room was only cleaned one time and this isafter I requested it to be cleaned several times. As far as the food, the food was excellent for an all-inclusive. Regarding the staff, most staff members were very friendly, but certain staff members were very rude and not helpful at all.
