My wife and I had a wonderful time minus some hiccups that one of the managers Mr. Martin graciously fixed for us, offering a free upgrade and later check out service. The food not too good, but we didn’t starve lol. The beach was amazing! Customer service friendly and helpful.

The room I stayed in faced the back of the resort, and loud HVAC noises (from the back of the building) could be heard at night even when the room AC was turned on. The property had a friendly environment, and the staff were mostly respectful and professional. The snack bar was sometimes empty, and it took a while for the plates to be refilled, which was a bit disappointing. The adult pool was quite nice; however, some guests did not respect the sound rules and talked very loudly at times. To get a dinner reservation at the two restaurants, you had to wake up early in the morning and wait in a lineup, which did not feel appropriate for a relaxing vacation.

We had some issues on our first day but a manager named Jose Martin corrected the issues and offered us an upgrade and asked if there was any other way to help us. We appreciated this so much because he took a personal interest in our comfort. We recommend staying here, the view alone is worth the trip.

Terrible two nights, first check in is like a holiday camp, we had booked a king bed as I am 6ft wife 6”2 both athletic but was told sorry all gone come back at 7am in morning see what we can do. Then dinner lol so they have an Italian you can only book that morning at 7am where people make lines to book it I don’t think due to it being amazing but any option from the other two crap holes they call restaurants so as I asked so if staying one night here you can’t eat in the Italian as check in 3pm and sold out by 7am so unless a Time Machine in hand your out of luck lol omg like a tiny salad are and then all the food is marked wrong pork where it says chicken etc very little options and was sick twice in two days from the food, the rooms basic and old plus gaps above and below doors so can hear everything all over the shower area is gross looks like you could catch something from in there. The pool nice non stop drinks and good levels not just the cheep stuff but doesn’t help this place in anyway.

I've been coming back to this resort since 2019. The staff are absolutely amazing. Jose, Ismael, Evely, Antonio, Luis and Gonzalo go out of thier way to make my vacation more memorable. Resort is super clean. Conviet location. The front beach is absolutely beautiful.

I’ve been going to this resort for 20 years. Still my favorite place to go, with a shopping mall and grocery store right across the street. I do not go for the food, it is not good. The beach and ocean and beautiful resort make up for that. There are food options at the mall and within walking distance. Be careful of being offered “gifts” at the desk in the lobby or you’ll find yourself in a meeting about time shares. I just say no thank you and move on. I will be back!

After reading a lot of reviews, I still booked the hotel based on proximity to the beach, being in the hotel zone and availability of an all inclusive options. I spent 5 days at this hotel and was deeply surprised to have such an amazing experience. All the staff that I came across were very friendly and accommodating. Although I can’t remember a lot of their names, the lady at the front desk was very pleasant and welcoming, assisted me with all my concerns during my stay, even the gentleman in the night, was friendly and efficient making arrangements to provide towels when asked. The hotel has varying dining options from the main buffet restaurant to the specialty restaurants. All the restaurants I would say had a good variety of options. I was able to experience all the restaurants throughout my stay and did enjoy the Italian restaurant the most. The staff were all so kind and work very hard. I appreciate them for all their efforts, they approached me several times to ensure I was well attended. I do wish I learnt a few of their names. The pool was lovely, although cold I still appreciated the number of options, the main pool offered various activities during the day and the staff were friendly to have a number of guest participate. The bars were really good, no shortage of cocktails and beers and I’m not a heavy drinker so the alcohol content was good for me. The rooms, my room 4020 was on level 4 and had a spectacular view. I typically don't leave reviews but I think it's needed in this case. Upon checking in, I was met with a persistent staff member from the concierge desk requesting that I pick a breakfast time the next day to spend close to 2 hours for a presentation. She was adamant that I attend but I declined respectfully and multiple times. This practice really shouldn't happen as you are cutting into valuable vacation time. The food - this was the most lacking.The food was bland and everything was steamed but still had water in it, it was cold and some stuff was burnt. So soggy, cold and burnt was what I ate. Mexico Lindo was one of their restaurants and Taco Bell has better food than that. The building is OLD so nothing is upgraded. The beds were stiff, no individual pillows it was one flat body pillow. The furniture was broken, the shower was the worst. The hot was cold and the cold was hot so took an extremely cold shower my first night until I figured it out. We called for extra towels because it was 4 of us but only got 2 towels. The towels came the next day. Housekeeping cleaned my room at 8p one night. Never again! NEVER!!!!

Food: the only reason 4 us not to return.

This Hotel has a terrible problem:Food. Good things? location, big property, several shops, nice night shows, Pharmacy, ATM, balcony rack, free parking, hard working people!. Now, its dated, ok not a big deal but, Food ! They state that you have to go down at 7am in order to get a reservation for any of the 3 restaurants, a big NO in any vacation. You could get one, if lucky ! Wanna avoid this? pay a Premium Pkg ( i thought it was All Inclusive ) the so called 24 hrs. Snacks Station ? Last Wednesday was empty , non-food at all, the whole day. The Coffee Machine works at 50% ( either ran out or needs cleaning ), no paper napkins nor kitchen paper to be found. The buffet saloons ? very messy bays very !, often disgusting ( I know, guests should be more, disciplined, but still ), empty bays for long times. Average, simple dishes as fries or hot dogs ? nothing. When you buy in an All Inclusive, its supposed to include certain things as givens, regular and constant and average dishes and options. Well, the management in this property, needs to rethink about this main aspect of the operation. "We don't have enough personnel now for cleaning, but if you give her something and agree with her about your cleaning"..(no sir, we wont, that's not how it works, btw, we always set our beds and keep our rooms spotless in every trip, so, another big NO ) As for the constant pitching to buy "shares", we understand it. We have our ways to say no. But pls, fix The Food operation!

The location is excellent. Short walk to shopping mall and there is a local bus that will get you around the hotel district for $1USD to the main night life area. The property is clean and well maintained. It’s a smaller property so you don’t get overwhelmed with people. This is not a party location which is nice. Still a great energetic atmosphere and always activities to get involved in. The water aerobics was my favourite - a lot of fun and the instructors were very enthusiastic!! Family friendly with an adult pool section too. Didn’t seem to need it, there was plenty of space that you don’t get overwhelmed even if you’re not big into having children around. The staff were very friendly. Big shout out to Daniel and Louis our favourite bar tenders! Fast, great service, great energy and make fabulous drinks! The beach front is unmatched. Beautiful clean beach, lots of seating and a beautiful view. The food is good enough. It’s not a 5 star cuisine at the buffets but it kept you full and the were enough options. The a la cartes were delicious. Book in early though. You can get in line to book at 0800hrs but by 0930hrs the options are limited or booked out. You have to book on a daily basis too, not days in advance. Overall a great stay. I would go back no hesitation!!

I've visited this area over 20 times, staying at different resorts, and unfortunately, this was one of my most disappointing trips. The resort itself was great for the price, and the food and drinks were about what I expected at this price point. However, aside from three or four staff members, the service was surprisingly poor. Many of the staff were extremely rude, despite the fact that I always tip. Housekeeping never showed up one day, even after I requested service twice. When I called down to at least get fresh towels, no one ever came. One of the main reasons I vacation in Quintana Roo is the exceptional hospitality, but this time, the experience fell far short of the 10/10 service I’ve come to expect. While I appreciate the resort’s value, the service issues on this trip were disappointing enough that I’d think twice before return. If you visit this resort the girl at the front desk was great along with a few servers, the bellhop, and the bartender by the upstairs pool!

We just returned from a 6 night stay. There are some things that i liked, and somethings i did not like. I did enjoy that it was a smaller resort. The beach is absolutely stunning and the pools are very nice. There are plenty of sun loungers available. The staff was very friendly and helpful. There are a few things that could be improved. The dinner reservation system for the a la cart restaurants is very inconvenient. If you booked a premium room, someone will make reservations for you. You cannot purchase a premium upgrade, it has to be a special room. If you do not have the premium package, you have to line up in the lobby at 7am and the concierge starts taking reservations at 7:30am. Sometimes people cut in line, and most of the reservation spots are already taken by the time the regular guests can request them. There are no beach umbrellas for use unless you rent one for the day at an additional cost. The food at the buffet is basic. There is a lot of fresh fruit and always salads and vegetables available. During breakfast there is an egg station where you can get cooked to order eggs or omelets and those are very good. Lunch and dinner options are basic, but i could find something to eat that I enjoyed every day. It is a good budget all inclusive resort for people like my husband and myself who want to save money to do other things during our stay. The location is good, it is close to stores, restaurants and clubs, and there is a grocery store in the mall.
