Wi-Fi connection was inconsistent and stopped working while I was in an important meeting. Tha manager seemed like a nice guy and tried to be helpful but this was too barebones for me. I would not stay again unless I was taking off the next day from the Cancún airport- which is close by.

I never had a moment of privacy. The window did not have a curtain. They invested in automation, but it proved ineffective when certain details were overlooked, such as the improvement of furniture. For example, the doors were noisy, and the access roads were unpaved.

I had such a great stay here! The hotel was super convenient since it’s close to the airport, and the self check-in made everything quick and easy. The place was very clean, the food was really good, and the pool was perfect—I even went for a swim and loved it. Overall, everything exceeded my expectations. Highly recommend!
