Really nice hotel for a one- or two-night stay. We chose to stay for one night since our flight was early the next morning, and this hotel was conveniently close to the airport. Check-in was hassle-free as they provided all the necessary information in advance. The room was clean and had everything I needed for a short stay. The entire hotel was well-maintained and tidy. The lady at the small restaurant was very polite. Overall, a great stay!

Beautiful property, rooms are good size. Prices are affordable. Most importantly is the hotel is close to the airport. I probably will stay there when flying to Cancun.

This hotel is amazing, views are priceless and unbelievable. I had the romantic suite and it was perfect for my birthday and anniversary in the same week staff very friendly only there is no fridgerator in the rooms but the restaurant made up for this and even accommodated with our personal items that needed conserving in their fridge. This place isn’t far from convenience stores uber took us everywhere and this hotel is very peaceful and quiet food was tasty as well and I loved that there was a nice restaurant activities to play onsite such as pool ping pong the pool was amazing also the except bugs and flies that were ere dead in there but the pool was cleaned every morning in their defense. Manuel the chef was great also and the water pressure was great and hot water wasn’t an issue either. I’d def return

Very exclusive type of stay would love to go back with a bunch of friends and rent it all out!!! Would reccomend staying if you need somewhere close to stay near the airport, or if you have a vehicle and need a base! Food is deliciouwashrooms and bedroom are clean and nice wifi works!! Owners know what theyre doing!

Nice room and very nice property. One thing I didn't like was that fact there is no staff on site for the check in. Had to remind them to send me the access code to get into the hotel. Also no key for the room, just an access code. So you had to remember to have the numbers with you all the time. And hope that it continued to work. Restaurant was good. Thankfully they have one, since there is nothing close to this hotel for restaurants or things to do. Good place to stay for 1 night before going to the airport the next day. And to get there use Uber- it was $145 pesos. Because Uber is not allowed at the airport I had to take a taxi to the hotel. Initially they wanted $1100 pesos. I refused, after much discussion, they finally took $600 pesos. After settling into my room, discovered TV wasn't working. Technician showed up looked at it and walked away. Never came back or got it working. Contacted management and requested a small deduction on the rental fee. Offered to give me another room. Since I was already settled in, I declined. Which wouldn't have mattered anyway, as the wifi stopped working.

Villa Palmeras is an exceptionally beautiful property. The auto-check-in was completely straightforward and convenient. We arrived early and were able to wait comfortably until our room was ready. The dinner at the restaurant was absolutely excellent and very well priced. Our server (didn’t get his name) was fantastic! I gave 2 stars for the area because it is located down a rough road with nothing nearby. We booked our stay here because we have an early flight, and Villa Palmeras exceeded our expectations. Please note however, the transportation to the airport is 450 pesos.
