There’s no show no entertainment,or its finish way too early ,checking in and out was a very long process , eating dinner on vacation on that resort feels like a race because you have to hurry to make a reservation just to eat, and sometimes they tell you there’s no more reservation available And not to mention some of those time share people calling you at 7am to come down to make you spend 90 mts trying to sell you something , it’s like they won’t take no for an answer ,they want you to come up with 40k , 30k while on vacation , every time you told them no they won’t let you go the try to bring the price down and try to convince you why it’s the best deal for you people in vacation they don’t wanna be border with this kind of stuff too pushy they want to sign right away , I’ve told them I have to think about it and see if it’s make sense for me then I would get back to them they were like ,no if you don’t sign now you can never get that deal again But the hotel was clean ,staff were great ,the rooftop restaurant was great ,Blanca bleu was great

Everything was great besides the beach, if I wanted to go swimming in the pool only I would choose another place, but I chose this place because it is beach front, but unfortunately it was impossible to swim, the beach was very rocky and dangerous, especially for my kids and the algae were not cleaned either, it was terrible.

The staff is amazing and the propery is well taken care of, very 5 stars. The food overall is comparable to most all inclusive food plans, nothing special. However, the reservation options for dinner is lacking, we could not make a dinner reservation for any of the nights during our stay for a specialty restaurant, even tho we arrived early to do so. We ended up eating all of our dinners in the room or the dinning hall due to this. This is why its a 4 star instead of 5. Also not hotels fault (may just be the season) but the beach was over taken seaweed and i would not recommend swiming in it.

The rooms were spotless, and the staff were very friendly. However, a few things need to be addressed urgently: 1) Bocados Steakhouse restaurant was a nightmare. The management, staff, and presentation of this restaurant were very unbearable. As soon as we sat down, they were not attentive to us at all. The menu was not distributed to every diner in my group, and the plates and cutlery were missing; we had to keep asking for a fork, plate, and a serving spoon. The restaurant was not clean at all. Dirt was everywhere, and hair came along in one of our drinks, and next, a fly fell into our food. The staff did not even serve the correct Whiskey label and attempted to cheat us. They need new management; otherwise, I recommend that the resort remove this restaurant from service immediately. 2) The public bathroom locks in the lobby are not functional, and every time I used them, someone would push the door open on me. They are neither private nor secure to use- I urge management to fix the locks to protect bathroom privacy. 3) The beach was not swimmable due to the excessive amount of seaweed and rocks. If you're looking for white sand and turquoise waters, that's not it. I do understand that there may be little someone can do here, but the first two points are more urgent to address. Overall, our stay was phenomenal in other aspects of the hotel, where the Gourmet Hall, Hiroshi, Blanca Blue, and poolside servers did a fantastic job with their service and food.

The room was spacious, clean, and beautiful. The food was excellent, epically the seafood rice at Blue Blanca. Maids cleaning the rooms were awesome. But staff on the grounds and lobby areas are not very friendly nor helpful. The main beach is horrible with seaweeds and too many rocks/corals. I’m no expert but I think there are machines to clear weeds in the water as well as on the beach. The jetski rental was a great way to get out and enjoy the beautiful waters.

Property was clean. Pools very nice. Food and room service was terrible. Had to ask multiple times for restock of room items. Drinks were great. Expected more from this property for the price.
We expected more of Garza Blanca. Room service was terrible. TV ordering wouldn’t work. Each phone call for service disconnected. All inclusive but couldn’t get dinner reservations. Had to request coffee bar refresh multiple times. Will not return.

Amazing restaurants and service. I had a lot or problems with the cleaning of the room also I had to call 4 times in 2 days to get more towels. Has many pools although the pool staff helps only if you tip them and try to reserve all chairs for their interest. Nice hotel but I wouldnt go there again

Everything was really good from the food, to the drinks it was all gourmet . I've been coming to mexico for many years this is one of my top three resorts however, the beach is garbage complete garbage. Full of rocks and sargasm.

Property was full so we did not receive a room upgrade as a VIP benefit. They also had several promotions at the spa and you couldn’t use the VIP 20% off with the promotion. Overall the stay was wonderful. My only complaint is the pool staff definitely catered to their vacation club members and kinda left the regular hotel guess to Finn for themselves. The first day the pool guy wouldn’t let me save a seat for my family and said security would take my things if I left the area. So we came back later when the pool was full and of course couldn’t find a seat. We sat way in the back and had terrible service. The next day we went to a different pool with an amazing pool server. We had a great time and tipped him very well.
