The property is beautiful. Design is modern, clean and very luxurious! I would say the quality for what it costs is very good. Dinning on the property was VERY good! All the staff is helpful and quick to ask if you need anything. Room was unique, fun and very comfortable. Also there are very few rooms on the property that do not have a great view which is not always the case. I was very impressed. The sales staff is aggressive and time consuming which is to be expected. It's a little far from a lot of outside resort activities you may want to do but if you are staying on property it's fantastic.

Everything was fantastic, except for the sales personnel. We had the same experience when we stayed here in August. We wanted to consider buying into this property, but for whatever reason their message was very inconsistent and unclear, which was a red flag for us during both of our stays. It was a big disappointment because we were very interested. At this point we’ve realized we aren’t their client.

Walking in was gorgeous, just like the pictures. The room was huge and beautiful. The food wasn't the greatest, as expected after reading all the reviews. The staff were okay, but not the friendliest as I had expected. Overall I was expecting more after reading the reviews, but instead, it was average to me.

Staff was not cordial. Restaurants were not full, but due to staff shortage, waiting time was over 1.5 hours. Staff told me to order via room service. It took 2.5 hours.

Timeshare trap. They try to trick you into the timeshare presentation when you check in, so be aware. They don’t have enough restaurants for the amount of people who stay here. It’s super hard to get dinner reservations and long lines for breakfast are common. There is also not enough beach chairs and guests are waking up super early to reserve a spot by the pool. If you get there at 9:30am like me, good luck finding a spot! All chairs are “taken” because people leave personal belongings on chairs and disappear. The pool employee suggested I leave a personal item on the chair to “reserve” it as well, I did that. And the item was gone by the time I returned from lunch, and someone else was using my chair. You can’t adjust thermostat in the room. It’s set to 64 and you can’t change it! Way too cold for me. Good room service and nice pools. But beach is not good. Rocky and has ton of seaweed. If you are looking for beautiful turquoise water, you won’t find it here. I’ve stayed at much nicer resorts in Mexico and they were way less expensive.
