The property did not send me any check in instruction 24 hours ahead, so I arrived at the location in the evening only found out that reception was closed. After 20+ min call and waiting, I finally got the keys, but the instructions came with it was not very clear, causing further issues. I also had to call twice to get tax invoice for the stay. The rooms are clean and well equiped, and the little welcome snack boxes were very nice. However, the room was very noisy even after J switched off all the power source (aircon, fridge etc al). I ended up sleeping using my ear plugs every night.
