The staff were very helpful and went out of her way when we arrived a little early. The stairs were quite steep to haul luggage up and down and the bed rolled around on the paving floor. I had to jam a suitcase at the end of the bed to stop it moving when I rolled over. The biggest disappointment was the pool was out of action and it looked like it had been for awhile.The lady at the desk had just started her new job and I give her 10/10 for her customer service

The staff reception was wonderful. Very helpful site manager with lots of advice on local eateries and room details. The bed was comfortable and the room well serviced with a kitchenette, couch with tv and bathroom. The shower head needs replacement but that is all that required attention. The apartments have a pool that is private and not visible from the road or rooms. The site is well maintained and nice and quiet.

Total chaos. Members of the group were given keys to rooms that had not been cleaned or changed and worse still, given keys to a room that other unrelated guests were sleeping in. A shambles. Now known as Fawlty Towers.

I really did not like, not being able to see out of a window. The Bathroom very basic and no shelf room to sit anything. Basically, no atmosphere at all. I was there for a stressful visit and it would of been nice to actually sit at a window with a cup of tea. Staff were lovely.

Stayed for 5 days 4 nights. I like is as it is clean and tidy. Fast check in and check out procedure. Just a minor things that I do not prefer was the kettle already rusty and at the last day of my stay, there was no hot water.
