"Gorgeous, quaint stay!"
Very happy with this little gem. It was a very comfortable, clean and pleasant stay. Was also very impressed with the quality and variety of breakfast options available. The hot breakfast was a nice surprise actually, when we had only suspected a continental breakfast. Also, we requested a slightly later checkout because we were attending a wedding nearby and wanted a bit of extra time to get ready - this was agreed to with no hesitation! So we were very pleased with the staff for allowing this to occur. Would most certainly recommend this lovely accommodation and stay here again.

"bowral experience"
We have previously stayed at the heritage apartments. We had a studio room, it looked as if they had taken out some furniture as there was a big empty space. Also was an adjoining door room. Disappointed there was no fireplace as in the pictures of the hotel online. kitchen facilities were excellent.
