"Country manor gem"
I have stayed here several times over past few years. The rooms are clean and lovely and the staff are reasonably friendly. The breakfasts are very good and included in the price. For me, Berida is getting a little dated.

"Not the best room"
Ho Hum . Another day, another crappy room as a single traveller. Although it was mid week and half full they still managed to put me in the worst room in the house. Very small, pokey, no sunlight at any time of the day, next to the common sitting room so often noisy. Needed a good dust. The man at the desk told me he sometimes stays there when he does an overnighter. So not the best room. Otherwise the hotel would have been great. Breakfast was lovely and other facilities great. Just expect the bad room if you are on your own.

"bowral experience"
We have previously stayed at the heritage apartments. We had a studio room, it looked as if they had taken out some furniture as there was a big empty space. Also was an adjoining door room. Disappointed there was no fireplace as in the pictures of the hotel online. kitchen facilities were excellent.
