Hotel is pleasant, comfortable and the rooms were well cleaned. However the quality of the buffet breakfast was not impressive. The food lacked real taste, coffee was not hot and getting real hot water for tea proved impossible. However the fresh baked muffins were a real treat. Dining room staff were friendly, but seemed distracted and were very slow cleaning away the tables.

"A motel like many others"
Fairly standard motel, good clean room, toaster and kettle with bar fridge. Nothing to write home about, but cannot complain either. The great thing about it is that it's right in the centre of town, and an easy walk to the shops, park and cafes.

"bowral experience"
We have previously stayed at the heritage apartments. We had a studio room, it looked as if they had taken out some furniture as there was a big empty space. Also was an adjoining door room. Disappointed there was no fireplace as in the pictures of the hotel online. kitchen facilities were excellent.

"Very clean, well equipt, pleasing stay. "
Rooms were very comfortable, clean and well equipt. Not quite 5 star but we would certainly stay again. Breakfast options could be a bit better. Bar looks over golf course which was lovely. Gym and pool are tiny.
