I liked it! It was a taste of Aussie country life close to the city. It is a no frills country pub. The sheets were clean and my feet didn't stick to the carpet. The room has hosted 100 years of drinkers, so it has been repaired a few times but for a country pub room, that's normal. It was quiet after 10 p.m. on a friday, even with the live band finishing up downstairs. The beer is cold and the bistro does pub meals. Sitting on the veranda at 3 on a Friday watching traffic, it feels like being at any other pub in Australia... A taste of home.

The room was old but clean bathroom could do with a little TLC the bed was comfortable and we enjoyed our stay loved the daily happy hour 10am -6pm staff were awesome food was excellent all in all it was a great 3 days

Quick work stop over that leaves me well rested

I often stay here when it comes to work trips. A motel suited perhaps to solo trips as it’s above a pub. I always rest well here. Good bed, great food service and safe
