Very nice clean spacious room. Only one issue - the tv sound was too low to watch a sky movie. Rang front desk and was told someone would come and look at it. They never did. Other then that we had a nice stay.

We had breakfast included in our rate but the server didn’t know whether that was just the buffet or the à la carte menu aswell. We were given two free drinks vouchers but the lady in the bar didn’t know what drinks were included. Not either of their fault - they should be given this information or we should have been told at check in. The milk was off at breakfast on our second day which makes you wonder how long the rest of the buffet had been sitting around. The room was clean and the location was good,

The room was fantastic! We loved being able to open the windows for fresh air while having the automatic blinds down to keep the light out! The location is in the heart of wine country!

The facility is somewhat dated. Our stay was nice and comfortable, but the HVAC was quirky and the plumbing is noisy. The parking is the and first come first serve. The laundry was useful to have and clean.

Could frequently hear noise of lift, people talking as they exited or entered lift and and as the room was facing the car park, heard conversations late at night from there too. This is the first time I have not been 100% satisfied with this hotel.
