We provide the fridge in the room is an extra facility for our guest in cease they bring some stuff from outside, we unplug the fridge for saving energy reason while the guest not using it. Hotel needs maintenance. Downstairs pool rail very loose and tiles are slippery due to mossy like substance on steps to pool. Issues with air con leaking.

Never enough lounges by the pool, would be very annoying when there’s only about 12 lounges but always people wanting to have a swim and lay by the pool.

Nice hotel to stay in convenient area. I specially request for top floor which I didn’t get. Toilet smells terrible even though it looks clean and please take your towels, it was just smelly and dirty. Staffs are very helpful and kind.

Apparently, if you are on any other floor apart from pool side the rooms are not very nice........my friend and I moved rooms, the second wasn’t any better, we left and went to another hotel!!
