Excellant hotel

Pros: Close to Queen Street and the waterfront.
Cons: Our room was perfect,as far as we are concerned nothing needs improving.
Location: Location was just right near the waterfront and city centre.Pity about roadworks outside hotel,hard to get in,but will be finished soon.
Most enjoyable stay,staff pleasant,room was excellant and bed was fantastic.

Very nice hotel great location

Pros: very comfortable
The hotel staff were very attentive and helpful. its location was close to tourist activities, harbour, and restaurants etc. The valet parking was very expensive at $ 45 per day. we were not advised of this when we booked otherwise we would have stayed at another place for the 5 days.

Hotel Staff Are Awesome

Pros: The bed was very comfortable also the swimming pool and spa.
Cons: Be able to watch more Sky movie channels not just one Sky movie Channel. The tiles in the bathroom are looking tired and dated.
Location: Location awesome lots of food and shops etc
The staff where friendly, helpful and accommodating. We really enjoyed the pool and spa. Our room was clean and comfortable. Location was awesome. I was ok with the price of the room at the special rate. I probably would of been disappointed in the room, if I had to pay full price.

Good central location, lovely, spacious clean room

Pros: Spacious, clean room. Great location.
Cons: Overall very good experience. Roadworks in front of hotel unfortunate, but still enjoyable stay.

Great service. Exceptional clean spacious room. Swimming pool, sauna and whirlpool great. Central location of hotel made walking in CBD easy.

Great for a Night Away

Pros: The Staff were great, the room was very nice with everything you needed for a night away. The sauna and spa was really lovely to chill out and relax
Cons: There were a few issues, nothing major - the toilet seat was annoying you would have to hold it up to use the toilet (it would keep closing) and the b

Fantastic location

Pros: The staff
Cons: Décor in rooms is a bit boring ie very beige! some bright artworks and soft furnishings to give them a lift would help
Location: Fab location, everything in the CBD within easy walk
Great location, lovely lobby with bars and restaurant. Staff are the biggest asset here - all were helpful, friendly and considerate. Rooms are just your typical hotel room but comfortable enough. W would certainly stay again.

clean and tidy with plenty of room

Pros: the staff
Cons: check in time
3pm check in set me back for a second as staff made it 1pm for me . on check out the lovely lady went upstairs and got my bag i had forgot. a nice room with a bath and shower,.overall a good experience

Great service and room.

Pros: Good gym and swimming facilities.
Cons: Sign boards on street to direct people to your entrance for pick-up or dropping off.
Location: Convenient and close to Queen Street.
Got complimentary upgrade to the suite which was great as I was studying (though too stressed to enjoy it fully). Will definitely come again!

A Night to Remember..

Pros: The staff, the room, the pool, the food...
Cons: when I asked for small bottles of coke with glasses of ice, we were delivered 3x glasses full of cokes. why cant you server small bottles?
Location: Federal Street Diner was amazing. Adele was amazing.
Auckland city was busy, the busiest I have seen it. Adele was in town and traffic was at a standstill. The Airport was crowded and the road to out Hotel was a blur of cars. But then we entered The Stamford lobby.. there was a piano being played and the relaxation of this beautiful Hotel washed over us. We were shown respect when we approached the front desk, our bags were taken to our room... and The Stamford became our oasis in the city.
