Really beautiful foyer and dining room so I got excited but the queen room is tiny and claustrophobic! I’ve never been in a hotel room so small! Being on level 2 you could hear all the street sound from the traffic to the people over the weekend so that made sleep a big challenge on the Saturday night. Night staff also didn’t pick up any of my 4 calls to reception when I was trying to call to get my hands on some much needed ear plugs.

NOT 5 star Bathroom and room smelt musty Pointed this out first day and late 3rd day they offered to move us which was inconvenient and we declined Parking hard so don't use this hotel if you have a vehicle even valet $50 per day isn't easy Room wasn't serviced by 4pm two days in a row Make good was a free drink at the bar ( my partner doesn't drink LOL)

Trendy Retro boutique Hotel in a fabulous location close to all the shops and restaurants of commercial bay and Britomart. Only criticism was room size. I booked the classic room and it was so small that I couldn’t even open my suitcase.
