Everything was great. There was a misunderstanding with housekeeping about the one time I wanted room serviced, but that got straightened out. I wish I'd tried Trocadero earlier. Food and Service seemed pretty good on my last a.m.

The room was wonderful. The staff are very helpful and pleasant. We used the valet parking which we cannot fault. Breakfast was very good and a selection. Easy walk into Auckland to look around and get to the Sky Tower

Nice place, located in the city centre, so it’s very easy to access shops and everything you need. It’s surrounded by plenty of food courts. The only downside was that the restaurant food and breakfast were not good enough for me. Other than that, it’s a good place.

This hotel was top of the line. From the moment we arrived, the staff were so welcoming. Although I didn’t get to explore for long as I had a flight early the next morning but my friend stayed another night and was pleased with the location, the distance to coffee shops and the short walk to the harbor. The room was amazing and it even came with bathrobes and slippers for the weary traveler. The Legacy Airedale Hotel was one of my new favorite finds and this was a wonderful stay!
