Great home, location

Photos were accurate and true - home was very pretty and clean. We were closer to AC than we realized. The AC Jitney will go as far as a few blocks from the house, so you can use the jitney to get to and from AC. Air conditioners, while a bit loud, cooled the house just fine. The refrig was SUPER clean. No ice maker, but ice trays worked well enough. If you want ice for coolers, bring it or buy it. Didn't cook much but if you have a big group, may need a few larger pots/pans. Spacious place! Could have fit a few twin air mattresses if we needed to. Would stay again. Note street parking is permit only so owner graciously lent us one pass for the week.

Great Property, Great Owner, Great Stay

We rented 13 N Victoria from 8/6-13. Dealing with Nick was easy. I found him to extraodinarily responsive, both in the booking part and when we were there. When we arrived the cleaning folks did not put the keys in the lock box. I panicked and called Nick. He answered right away, and ultimately I found the keys in the mailbox. Apparently, there had been a problem with the driveway so we were not able to park on it. Nick called me to let me know, and assured me that he took care of it by getting me a parking pass for the city. Then, a couple days later when my daughter came to visit us for the night he got me a 2nd parking pass for her. The property was as advertised and quite clean. The walk to the beach was easy. For 2 people or a small family this is a great property. If/when my wife and I decide to go back there is no doubt I will be checking out the availability of this property and looking forward to dealing with Nick.
