The hotel is out dated . It’s smells like cigarettes through the halls and elevator. Only stayed 1 night but never again. The floor and the beds were lumpy

Wynham should be ashamed of the conditions of this hotel. We were in room #281. The best things I can say is that the air conditioner worked great and the bed linens were clean. The bathroom needs a total remodel. It appears nothing like the website photos. The sink is cracked, the toilet seat is worn, the bathtub has cigarette burn marks, there is no exhaust fan, the countertop is stained and the walls are in poor shape for caulking. The room lacks functional electrical outlets for phone charges and could use drapery replacement. Bed lamps did not work. Furniture is functional, but very outdated. Hallway lighting needs improvement and carpeting needs replacement.

The room was clean and there were fresh linens and towels. The air conditioner was easy to work and the tv was ok. The only thing I was disappointed in was the housekeeper did not bring new towels or make the bed when we left for the day, which i think its a security issue in this day and age.. otherwise, this property is good enough for a weekend getaway

A place to sh!t, shower, & sleep that's it

The hotel is convenient for being close to the boardwalk. The bed was comfortable (clean) as well as the bathroom. There's a fridge in the room. But no microwave (there's only one located in the lobby. The room looks NOTHING LIKE THE PHOTOS. They need to replace all carpet in the rooms as well as the hallway. There's only 1 elevator. If you're looking for somewhere to sleep and shower. This will do.

This was my 4th stay at this hotel. This trip was for 3 nights. I always enjoy my stay. I find this hotel to be more convenient than those huge high rise hotels that take forever to go in and out of. I will definitely stay here again

Didn’t like the grab and go breakfast selection. Muffin and bottle juice in a paper bag like giving away free lunch muffin was sealed by manufacturer. Which is the only plus. . Not taking away from staff. I checked out one hour late was charged 10 dollars. Convenient area. Felt safe. Staff was on point with guess. Very friendly.

Don't think we'll be back.

They charged my card before I even checked in and canceled my reservation because of it getting denied (im out of state, so my bank has to approve it to make sure its not a stolen card). Because of this, I didnt get the same room i reserved. Gave my father and I a room that had the wallpaper pealing off in the bathroom and a shower that the floor was bending in and felt unsafe in and the water didnt even drain. Whoever ran the customer service at night when checking in was very rude.

No one provided any room service the entire duration of my stay, the Main light of the room didn’t work, house keeping stole a bag of snacks I left on the table (but cleaned nothing) and I saw a bed bug and panicked and killed it before it crawled away.
