I booked this hotel for my daughter’s cheer competition and had a very disappointing experience overall. To start on a positive note, the front desk staff were friendly. Unfortunately, the rooms did not match the photos advertised online. Our first room was not properly cleaned. It smelled strongly of smoke, the carpet had not been vacuumed, the toilet and refrigerator were dirty, and the bed sank badly whenever anyone sat on it. We were moved to a second room, which also had issues. We were left with two towels and one washcloth. When I called for more, I was told they were out of washcloths and that I would need to come downstairs myself to get additional towels. In this room, the refrigerator made a loud motor noise whenever opened, and the sink made a concerning pipe noise when turned on, making the room feel poorly maintained. Parking was an additional $25 per day. The TV did not work, and although I was told someone would come fix it at 10:00 PM, no one ever showed up. The advertised breakfast “buffet” was misleading and very limited, with dry pre-cooked sausage and eggs and few options. The most upsetting issue occurred the morning of my daughter’s competition. She slipped and fell on the first floor because the floors were being mopped with no wet floor signs posted. While staff apologized, she was hurt and shaken and had to compete less than an hour later. I would NOT recommend this place!

While the staff at this location was easygoing and helpful, the property itself is in desperate need of a renovation. We encountered issues with the toilet and TV in our first room; thankfully, the front desk moved us immediately without resistance. However, the building feels like it’s falling apart—we actually saw debris fall from the ceiling in a hallway, and it remained there until we checked out the next day. While the rooms were technically "clean," the furniture was heavily damaged and dated. The breakfast area was also disappointing; The breakfast drink dispensers looked questionable, so we skipped them. Finally, be aware that parking is not free ($25 fee). We’ve stayed at this chain across the country, but this is definitely their weakest location.

The manager allowed a friend into my room to steal $300 AirPods then she also went into my account & stole 39.19 on top of my payment and stole back the rewards then charged me again for them in replace. She was rude and on a power trip. Would not give me her name
