Needs upgrading. You have to run the water for a long time for it to get hot. For the money you're paying, you shouldn't have to wait to get hot water in the shower or in the sink. Also, TV was very far away from the bed in my suite. Not practical.

The room was okay. The TV was old and picture was poor quality. the bathroom could have been cleaner. I think everything is old. Some of the furniture had holes in it and there were stains on the carpet. The staff was great. We did not eat on the premises, don't know that I would do that. It served the purpose of a inexpensive room that we used just to shower and sleep in.

The pictures did not accurately capture this room. The room was not updated. The countertops and nightstands were noticeably dusty, the linen had spots on the sheets, the towels were beyond dingy, and the shower looked atrocious...to the point that we did not even shower in the room. I was so uncomfortable during the entire stay...I slept on top of the sheets and literally used my coat as a blanket because I refused to sleep in the sheets. Furthermore, as we were checking in, there was another guest checking out of her room because she saw a mouse in there. I was horrified and wanted to leave our room immediately. I wanted to drive two hours back home after the concert rather than staying in that room, but my friend refused to let us leave as we were already exhausted. I even suggested sleeping in the car in the parking lot. The pictures posted on Expedia were fallacious. Our room looked NOTHING like what was posted on the website.

The advertisement was false and the hotel itself was horrendous. My room was 205. The room itself was moldy, dirty, and infested with mice. Two ran across my room exiting from the bathroom of which I was afraid to leave the room at that time. But I did. Upon my arrival and inspection of the room, the first thing I notice was the harsh smell and Bath tub was dirty. There was water leaking from second floor ceiling in the hallway of which I was staying and the room had a strong scent or ammonia and musk which made it extremely hard to breathe. The smell was in my mouth. I could taste it. I told the receptionist the room was unsanitary, unsafe and unhealthy and that I could not stay there. She attempted to put me in another room on the fourth floor (419) with the same smell and unsanitary issue. Because she did not understand my concern and would not refund me, I had to vacate because I had no where to sleep. She told me my money was non refunded as well as the parking and that I could try to talk to the manager on Tuesday 11/25/25 about. I’m appalled

Our stay was pleasant, the temperature in the room was perfect , the place was very clean and the beds were comfortable. I think the bathroom needs to be renovated , that will give the place a fresh look and a better feel. Others than that everything was fine.

This Best Western is well kept, and the staff is friendly and supportive. In truth, the area outside in the evening is not the best. I saw a street walker with her pimp trying to get someone to go with her, but I heard the gentleman she was pursuing say, NO THANKS in a very polite manner. As for the breakfast, it meets the needs of early morning sustenance, but it could use some cheese or croissants to round out the selection. Over all, I enjoyed my stay, and would recommend this place to Atlantic City travelers if they aren't afraid of a little bit of dicey behavior outside after dark. I usually stay down the street at the Inn of the Irish Pub, but that place is closed from Labor Day until July 4th weekend. It's a historic old speakeasy that I have been going to for over 30 years and has a sentimental place in my heart. Best Western in Atlantic City is my alternate choice whenever I go there and the Inn is closed. I would like to send KUDOES to the staff in AC. Please tell them I have come away with a good visit, and this was not my first stay at Best Western. It was just an additional good one!

All was satisfactory.This is an aging motel;in obvious need of general upgrade. My mattress was oddly slanted uphill from head to foot.carpets worn and faded. They do a nice job attending to the existing stuff. I like that they do a nice job cleaning! I wonder what it would take to initiate an upgrade...and who would finance it? I doubt many Best western hotels are in this condition......but it's location allows a different standard.
