Had the basics, everything i needed. Staff were nice. Close to town. You got what you paid for. Overall, pretty happy.
The 2 apartment (adjoining rooms with a common entrance) was spacious, including two bathrooms. The location was convenient, being a 10 minute walk to Viaduct Harbour. The beds were very comfortable. One suggestion would be to have two keycards per room and a way of securely hooking open the doors ...
Enjoyed everything. This was a 50th birthday surprise so spending the weekend on auckland was awesome.
I really appreciated how personable the staff were and the attention to detail for any needs I may have, including the choice of pillows. A clean, spacious and functionable space.
I liked the central location of the property, the hotel was very clean and the staff were helpful. I didn’t like that valet parking cost $50 for the one night I stayed there - quite expensive in comparison to other hotels of similar quality.
Great location in the CBD at a reasonable price. Staff was courteous and helpful. The deluxe one bedroom suite was spacious and had very good amenities.
