Okay hotel for a couple of nights

All staff were very welcoming, room facilities as expected but hotel looking a little tired in places such as restaurant seating badly stained. There was a terrible drain smell coming from the washbasin waste in our bathroom which we reported. This had improved but was not eliminated completely by the time we returned in the afternoon. Good variety at breakfast but some poor quality such as juices and bread.

Charming place in a charming City...

It was an amazing experience. Great location, great service in resraurant, good food options. One little suggestion, maybe the swimming slot be 45 minutes and not just 30. It would be a bit more relaxing

Great public areas, pool is a great addition and towels provided too. Room was a little tired and could’ve done with a extra clean. The USB sockets didn’t work which was annoying but not the end of the world. Fridge was a nice addition too. Overall, fair stay but at £125 for the night, a little steep for things not to be cleaned or working. Great location though.

Fantastic

Excellent hotel room number 229. Very modern. Gourmet restaurant - lovely food and could use our taste card. Superb location to walk the walls and for The Barbican. Small pool but only 2 of us so very relaxing. Check out noon but could park until end of the day.

Stayed for 1 night, we were given a disabled access room on the 1st floor, room was in poor condition although it was clean, when turning on the shower the water sprayed all over the floor, shower curtain did no go inside the bath, carpets stained, broken fixtures, cotton wipe stuck to the skirting board, we wont be returning, staff however were nice.
