Lovely hotel - great location opposite the castle. Room was clean and nice size. Only negative bed was not comfortable - it had a hard mattress and the pillows were useless.

We had 4 rooms booked as we had an event at Windsor Castle the next day. We had one car between the 4 rooms and were heavily dissuaded by your concierge not to use the hotels car park. We were parked at the garage at the back and kept being told how expensive the parking was and how we would be charged 2 days even though we wouldn’t have even been there 18 hours.. This caused us problems and to be late for our event that evening too. It was not a great start .

Clean room, quiet hotel at night. Staff excellent. Position was perfect for Windsor Castle, shopping and restaurants. My only gripe was a service charge on the bill for breakfast, which was ok but not fantastic. The only service was a pot of tea to the table. All else was buffet style. Even the used dishes weren’t cleared before we left.
