The bed was the most uncomfortable we have slept in. They should throw it out. The young lady at the check-in was rude. The breakfast at 9.30 was cold and the fruit juices had all run out. The gentleman at the counter was helpful along with the Concierge. The arm chair in the room was really old and worn out.

Air conditioning

There was a real air conditioning issue in our room, the temperature outside was 29c, we were unable to adjust the air conditioning in the room. Even after 2 calls to reception to report the issue, the air conditioning issue was not addressed (even though we were advised that it had been) and we both had a dreadful sweltering nights sleep. I reported the issue to reception the following morning. I understand that hotels are trying to control energy costs but the approach by which reception are meant to and failed to control the air conditioning is unacceptable.
