The pillows were lumpy, the tiles in the bathroom were dirty. We had difficulty sleeping as there was a lot of noise from the room directly above us, which affected our sleep. Staff were lovely, breakfast was good, downstairs reception and cafe area was beautiful.

a bit out of town..but would recommend

the whole hotel is very clean..the staff are friendly & helpful be aware that the location is quite a bit of a walk from the centre of windsor..but sometimes that is a good thing, being away from the hussle & bussle of a busy tourist spot the only negatives are the water barely got above lukewarm for some reason & the modern fan dangled hand basin stopper didn't work,so there is no way of filling up the basin otherwise...would recommend

3 night stay in Windsor.

On our arrival reception staff were excellent. Although we were 4 hours early for check in we could leave our car. Car park £15 per night but that was reasonable for area. Location is great, about 15 - 20min mainly level walk to Windsor castle. Room 218 slightly small but comfortable. Good bed & pillows, great shower. One downside is connecting door to another room, great for families but on the noisy side. Breakfast choice is very good and plenty of it. Staff were excellent throughout. All in all a good 3 night stay. Will definitely stay again.
