We expect you will treat the home as if it were your own and seek your cooperation to keep the place tidy
• For consideration of your neighbours, be noise appropriate after 10pm on weekdays. This means no loud music after 10pm.
• To ensure we keep the floor squeaky clean for our guests’ enjoyment, we have a no shoes policy inside our home especially upstairs.
• It is forbidden to flush anything but toilet paper down the toilets.
• The easiest way to disrupt an enjoyable stay is a plumbing problem. To prevent this, we kindly ask you to please place things like sanity napkins in the sanitary bin we’ve provided in the bathroom.
• Whilst we do a thorough professional clean between each guest stay, we kindly ask that prior to leaving, you clean and put away any dishes or kitchenware used and put any dirty towels in the laundry room.
• No eating of meals in the bedroom(s).
• Absolutely NO unregistered guests to reside without prior approval.
• Absolutely NO drugs of any kind - alcohol is OK. What you do in your personal time is entirely up to you, but when staying at our place we have a strict no drug use policy. This is just the law.
• Being a family home, we also have a NO smoking policy (although you are welcome to smoke outside, please be courteous and clean up your butts/ash.)
• Use of laundry machine is permitted. However, please do not place any foreign objects in the laundry and ensure you remove any tissues from pockets.
• We do not allow any animals/pets to be brought in the house.
• Please always close all windows, lights, air conditioning and doors before you leave the house at any time.
• If anything breaks, spills, stains, etc. please advise. We understand that accidents happen. But we do ask that you please let us know when they do.
• Any significant damage will result in the loss of security deposit.
• Garbage disposal occurs every Monday. Place your items (bagged for garbage) in the relevant bin and place bin outside if you reside on the premise on Mondays.
• Do NOT place pots, pans in the dishwasher. Ensure you rinse and remove all debris before placing items in the dishwater.
• Upon exiting the house after your staying period, ensure you leave the keys back in the lock box.
• Unreturned and/or lost house keys may be charged a replacement fee.
