It was reasonably priced however the balcony was unusable and filthy with pigeon droppings. It stated reception as 24/7 but it wasnt. You had to ring a mobile number and it took somebody 15 mins to attend.

Our unit was filthy lackcof oven trays and ni teatowels will never stay there

The location of the property, easy to get in and out. We were very disappointed in the fact that the TV didn’t work had to get reception to fix then when we turned it off and back on it wouldn’t work again and the toilet didn’t flush properly the button kept getting stuck and the water coming out of the shower was a dribble not happy this time considering we have stayed here a lot over the years. Not happy!!

The best thing about the property is the space and view from a 1 br apartment. Unfortunately the balcony area and windows out onto the balcony do not get cleaned on a regular basis. The kitchen has every thing you need if you wish to self cater. There is a laundry and reasonable bathroom. The bed was comfortable enough but on a king bed you only get 2 pillows. The apartment is very minimally furnished so it is ok for the price. Sheets towels etc were clean but owners could spend a little more time on the cleaning of the overall apartment.

The location is great - easy walk to train station, shops & restaurants. Unfortunately the room was not very clean - mould in the shower, dirty toilet, something had been spilt down the front of the kitchen cupboard. There was a scant amount of toilet paper - we checked in around 8pm & the first thing I had to do in the morning was go to reception to ask for more. The kitchen was not very well equipped - only one fork and no glasses (though there were two mugs, and a small milk jug!)

This place very tired. Grubby walls, broken blinds, cracked floors, poorly made beds that had me looking for evidence the sheets had been actually been changed.. I’m not precious, I’ve stayed in budget accomodation around the world, but charging people to stay here is a pisstake. It should be 50 bucks a night.
