Located within a classic Art Deco building, it offers a quiet, elegant, coastal living space infused with a contemporary edge and an Uber cool retro ambience. This light-filled apartment is ideal for a family /friends gathering. It is particularly ideal for discerning travellers, relocating or staying in Sydney for an extended time. You are minutes away from one of Sydney's most famous and beautiful beaches. Come. Relax. Enjoy.

The penthouse has panoramic views of Coogee and the ocean. High ceilings, polished wooden floors, with period detail including stained glass windows throughout. The 3rd floor has and elegant and expansive living and dining space with Daikin reverse-cycle air conditioning to ensure a cool summer and a cosy winter. There is a fully equipped kitchen (Miele dishwasher, Smeg oven, Ilve gas stove top and microwave). The top floor has a large balcony with breathtaking views. There is a Weber BBQ for the master chef. The bathroom has a walk in shower and a large round spa with stunning views.

The penthouse has three bedrooms with supremely comfortable beds, eco-friendly, whisper-quiet Haiku ceiling fans and Daikin reverse-cycle air conditioning. We provide quality Sheridan bed linen and blackout blinds for a deeply restful nights sleep. Sheridan Bath and beach towels are also provided. On the 2nd floor there is a rumpus or informal living space (smart TV, upright piano) as well as a separate study/ work space. Fast wifi. There is a large bathroom with walk in shower, Miele washing machine and dryer. The large downstairs balcony has sea glimpses and retractable washing line where you can hang your beach towels after a fun day at Coogee Beach.

The entire penthouse offers and expansive space (179sq m) over three floors. Keyless passcode entry. Please note there is no lift in the apartment . A staircase links all three floors and the two balconies.
