Hilary, our lounge host, was attentive, gracious, and genuinely accommodating in helping us celebrate our wedding anniversary. Roman is an extraordinary chef whose talent is matched only by his warmth and engaging conversation, while Tristan crafts an exceptional omelette that elevates breakfast into an occasion of its own.

I booked a business room but got a two bedroom suite with kitchen and laundry, which was fantastic, however it was generally grubby. The tub and tiles were in bad need of a scrub, and under the bed is gross. Good thing I brought a sleeping bag. The staff though were the highlight of the stay - helpful and polite.
