We loved everything about this property. The staff were friendly and so helpful. The property was within walking distance of the town. The hot tub was unique and clean.

The property was nice, loved the pool, the fact that there was a restaurant onsite, and the proximity to everything. The room could use a refresh, not dirty, just worn. Wallpaper ripped and couches could use cleaning. The only real concern we had was housekeeping, arriving either at 9am as we were trying to get out the door or really late in the afternoon. We spoke with the manager and worked this out after a few days. Overall great stay and would stay again!

Loved the grotto style hot tub but so does everyone, so it can get busy. Chili's restaurant in the building with a great happy hour! Only thing was our unit was up and down a lot of stairs which was difficult with suitcases (elevator only gets you to the main floors)

Our room had no AC The control for the tv was not working And no garbage can No water or fridge left in room Location is great tho and the water cave spa is nice and the restaurant on site is Chili's close walking distance to stores etc

We stayed there for 3 days in May 2025 in a two-floor suite with kitchen. The kitchen was very useful for preparing small snacks. The two beds in the lower room were very comfortable. The pull-out couch was not very comfortable. Every spring could be felt and it was very noisy. You can also hear a lot of noise from the connected room. We appreciated the dark blinds in the suite, given how late/early the sun is up.
