Grocery and restaurants very close. Condo is located approximately 20 minutes from Sarasota, 30 minutes from Ellenton Outlet Mall, and 45 minutes to the Tampa Bay area. Island is quaint, 'old Florida' setting. Lots of boutique shops and local restaurants. Come enjoy, relax and watch the dolphins from this beautifully decorated Gulffront condo. Very nice, well stocked apartment. Great view and location on the beach. Only downside, and not a major one, is the size of the bathroom, and not great water pressure or temperature in the shower. We would rent again.

Can’t beat the view! Easy walk to historic Bridge St and other restaurants. Stairs up to unit were very narrow, but overall the unit is great! We really enjoyed our stay.
