We enjoyed our time at The Lodge. The staff was always pleasant; they had iced lemon water and great coffee in the lobby all the time. We had a vehicle so we could easily get to The Plaza, to restaurants, etc. Beautiful building with nice views. Currently, there is no restaurant, but that worked fine for my adult son and me. It was quiet and perfect for us.

Lost Ground on this Visit... :(

The team was great. The bedding needed an optional Blanket. 2 sheets with a light wt. Bedspread sandwiched in, was not comfortable (chilly too) Outlets in bathroom were disfunction And ɓathroom lock had been smashed & was floppy & not able to lock. The lobby "coffee corner" could not produce tea, or even just water & half/ half for my own tea bags (which I had brought, since I'm not a coffee drinker) It was off season for food services & didn't even offer packaged Danish for customers. I was told they were starting a large refurbish, too bad we went afforded those possible amenities. I've stayed on priory 2x before & knew it was modest but comfortable for an overnighter... this time I wish I had booked elsewhere with the exception of your desk & maid service which were great. (Maintenance should not have rented the room prior to repairs listed above) But, that's a MGT. ISSUE not topically STAFF/CREW.

Great staff but outdated amenities

My stay was pleasant and quiet while i was there. Staff was friendly and helpful. My special requests where accommodated and was helped in a timely manner. I would also recommend the bar as its in a nice location with great atmosphere. Unfortunately the rest was bad. The lighting to gym made it look like a dungeon and the equipment was disorganized or broken. There was only one ice machine for both floors. The pool and hot tub was still being worked on. Talked to the staff and said they where under renovations. Hopefully it will be soon because it needs it.

It was a nice quiet place to stay. If you want to get out of downtown Santa Fe there is nothing around there and they don't serve breakfast so all food has to be ordered but very good size room. Great desk, great bed and the property was nice

Me and the wife truly could not get enough of this town, let alone the lodge. Greeted with some of the best staff around we were able to experience Santa Fe almost to its fullest with just the couple of days we were staying. I cannot express how friendly and understanding the staff was. We had a personal issue with one of the rooms and the lady at the front desk (night) was absolutely willing to make sure we had a great stay, no questions asked! Love this place and Santa Fe. Thank you for the wonderful experience. I hope to once again return to Santa Fe and this will be the only place I stay!

Good value getaway

The “lodge” felt like more of a really upscale motel, which quite frankly I was fine with. It was clean, comfortable, and had really good value which is exactly what I wanted. Nice enough for a couples get away. Our room had a wood burning fireplace which gave it a really nice feel. I would stay here again, it was exactly what I thought I was getting.
