"Good Apartments close to CBD"
I was on a course, while my wife was relaxing and enjoying the local shops and crown casino. Dinning at the Queen Street Rescue was great. The staff were brilliant.

"Great value in the centre of Melbourne "
Very good hotel. It was cheap so wasn't expecting 5 star, but was pleasantly surprised. Staff were very helpful, room was very comfortable, room for double and single bed, desk, kitchenette. Bathroom was modern (nice shower etc). I had read reviews about noise issues. I did notice that you could hear the neighboring room shutting their door - but we certainly did not have any issue with street noise (none at all), and apart from doors closing could not hear noise from other rooms. We had a great nights sleep. For a budget hotel smack in the middle of Melbourne - this is hard to beat

"Close to S.C. station, and places we visited."
Arrived from rural Victoria by Vline to have dinner with our 2 children (1 was flying out to holiday in the US the next morning & 1 had just returned from holidays in Europe & China). Was easy to catch a tram out to Moonee Ponds/Ascot Vale to see them. Next morning walked into the city after a lovely breakfast (in house) and spent 3 hours taking in the David Bowie exhibition at Federation Square. Lunch with our son & partner and off to the 'G' for football. A disappointment!! Back to Southern Cross and the train home.

Lucky enough for a free upgrade which certainly helps. Great value for money when compared to friends staying in similar accommodation nearby.

Was very quiet. Not sure it was totally occupied. Saw no one on our floor. Lifts always arrived quickly. Would stay again but hopefully the power circuit breaker would be checked yearly, last done 2013.

"Perfect Location"
A comfortable and quiet hotel in the perfect location for exploring the city. The bed was more comfy than our bed at home and that never happens. Staff were very friendly. Really nice shower. Our only complaint is the continental breakfast was a little disappointing, not much range and the pastry shelf wasn't restocked fast enough.

After a 6 hour delay in flights it was a delight to arrive at Quest in William and to be greeted by such a welcoming young woman. We found out on check in that our room had been upgraded and the room we got was fabulous. Just what we needed after our long day! Thank you. We will definitely return.

"Ideal for a sleep."
Had no real problems. I found the apartment was rather different to the photos displayed. Rather dated and needs an upgrade. Great shower but problems with parking; very expensive particularly for country people. $90 a day is very over the limit. Thanks to a man in Swanston Street office who assisted greatly, very much appreciated.
