Hi The king room was for disabled so the bathroom didnt have enough hangers or space put the towels The water tap for shower i put it on middle to have warm water. It came out alternatly from very hot to cold. So the correct flow of temperature fluctuating . The rest was good and AI service on the phone was great!

Fantastic hotel will becoming my new go-to for melbourne stays. Brand new and really lovely fit out. The rooms were properly dark (which I know is important to some) and spacious for the price point. Best hotel I've stayed at in Melbourne by a long way. As other reviewers noted, the breakfast buffet was great and definitely worth including in your stay. The only thing I would warn about is that the noise from the corridors was particularly noticeable, the doors to the rooms weren't soft close so there was a lot of slamming when other guests came to their rooms + kids running in the corridors. The latter is obviously not in control of the hotel but was a bit frustrating.

What a great place to stay in the heart of Melbourne. Lovely, cleverly designed room with relaxing lighting options, comfortable beds and pillows , soft sheets and towels, great shower and block out drapes. It was peaceful and quiet. We didn’t try the in house dining options this visit. I will definitely stay here again. Could not fault it.
