Watch the dolphins, turtles, sea lions, and manatees in the marina. People drive around in golf carts rather than cars, so quaint and laid back. Easy to rent one if you wish but you can walk everywhere.

What our guests love is this is a ground floor unit with a marina view. You will love watching the boats from the kitchen, dining, and living room area. Anytime during the day you can simply walk out to the Marina and talk to the boat owners and meet the most interesting people. Everyone is friendly and easy to talk to.

People drive around in golf carts rather than cars, so quaint and laid back. Easy to rent one if you wish but you can walk everywhere.
