The property was lovely, saw monkey several times. And the was surprisingly good for an all-inclusive! The beach was a tad small and the A/C in the room could have been better, otherwise really great and an excellent value. The hotel needs a lot of repair and maintenance, we reserved for mini suites which they did not have, they moved us during our stay 3 different times because A/C won't work, no hot water, roof leaking, bad smell in the restrooms. I wouldn't recommend this hotel at all for your vacation

Absolutely love Riviera Maya, the property, and all the upgrades. But most important was the tremendous service we recieved. From the moment we got there Erik and Edgar were totally invested in our experience. They made sure the room was perfect, and throughout the week made sure we had dinner reservations, and that everything was going well. I could tell they genuinely cared. I will never forget how valued the made me and my wife feel. They both deserve a promotion because they are very talented individuals.

What an amazing experience at Grand Sirenis Riviera Maya! Karen, our customer service rep, was incredible- so friendly, helpful and attentive-her input improved our experience greatly! Shout out to Derek the concierge in our building block as well- very friendly and helpful. This is a big, sprawling resort so you will get your steps in but we like walking so I saw this as a plus. It was so clean and never felt crowded -there are shuttles constantly going by if you need it. We loved that it was set in the jungle and there were animals all over- iguanas, coati, raccoons, cats, spider monkeys, sereques (look them up!), and geckos, oh my! The beach area is gorgeous-halfway down a long stretch of soft white sand there is a very cool rocky island with a Mayan ruin on it with good snorkeling around it and then a little bay and rocky peninsula between the island and another beach that is full of fish and only waist deep. We LOVED this area and spent several hours here every day- it never got old! We also walked out to the turtle nesting beach (empty this time of year) to the hidden lagoon/cenote where the snorkeling was awesome! Worth the hike! The food service and drinks were excellent- no long lines and no problems getting into the a la cartes (thanks Karen!) and the buffet was very good. But our favourite was Casa Alma’s on the beach- we loved their lunch buffet! The multiple pools had fun entertainment but we loved the quiet pool and lazy river the most! Just go!

Get ready to walk a lot as this resort is very spread out. The rooms were ok. The stains on the furniture were a little gross. The food was good at the buffet, Restaurants, and at the beach. I would suggest more food options at the Parna pool on the Mayan side during the day. Carlos at Marimba made great espresso martinis. Edgar was one of the Managers and he came up to us to ask if we were having a great time and if we needed anything. Super fun talking to him. He always had a smile on his face! Maria was a Concierge and she was great at booking our dinner reservations. Ingrid at the Theatre was so sweet and always excited to see us.

Erik is the best person to work with in Grand Sirenis. He answered all our concerns and very attention to details. He makes our trip so much fun and memorable. We will definitely coming back and highly recommend Sirenis!! Salamat!!!

I’ve been to many resorts and this was by far the most amazing property! The food and choices are great! There are so many trails, pools, and things to do. It is a very large and spread out property so if you’re looking for everything in a small area this isn’t the place for you. We loved that there was so many different areas. Only down fall is the beach. It’s a small sand beach surrounded by rocks. There was a lot of sea grass on the beach as well. BUT! It was still a nice beach with good snorkeling right off the beach! Highly recommend!

This was our eighth time in the Mayan Riviera and we had a fantastic visit. The employees were very friendly and attentive. Everyone was always happy to help and made you feel valued. We enjoyed the a la carte dinners each night. The Tonino restaurant was our favourite. Our room was a junior deluxe room. We had booked an ocean view room here on Expedia but unfortunately when we got to the resort they had no record of it and none of our receipts or confirmations from Expedia indicated the ocean view choice. Thankfully, we didn’t pay an exorbitant amount for the ocean view option. The room itself had a couple of cracked tiles, but overall quite clean and quite spacious. Overall, we were quite happy and we would definitely consider staying here again.

This was a wonderful experience! My only regret is that I only booked it for 1 week, instead of 2 weeks!! The staff was amazing and very kind and accommodating.

This is an older resort and many of the amenities are due for an update. The gym was terrible. The equipment was all rusted and broken. The sliding doors in the rooms were stuck, the drying lines on the balcony were all corroded. The food at the buffet was very mediocre and usually cold. On the whole, just okay.

We recently enjoyed our second stay at the Grand Sirenis Riviera Maya Resort & Spa, and once again, it was an unforgettable experience. Our family, including our grandkids, felt warmly welcomed and well cared for throughout our February 2025 visit. A special thanks to Marlene, Erik and Edgar from Guest Services, who went above and beyond their duties to ensure our stay was memorable. Ana Sofia, Diana, and Angie at the front desk provided exceptional service, making every interaction pleasant and efficient. The dining options were fantastic, with Aida's daily reviews of the food places guiding us to some amazing meals. Chef Arturo at the Casa Alma seafood restaurant wowed us with his five-star dishes, and Carlos's service was truly outstanding. We loved our previous visit, but our recent stay was even better. We can't wait to return to Grand Sirenis!
