wow.. People right bad reviews and they are just not true. This hotel had so many amazing qualities. 1. yes the beds are comfrotable, which is unusual for Mexico. 2. the food everywhere was amazing. The buffets offered several choices. If you dont like buffets there is order to go pizza, a hamb, hotdog, porkchop area on the beach and some tacos. The coffee shop had amazing coffees. anything you wanted. The ice cream shop was amazing to. There were absolutly no animal attacks. If they attack you, you have fed them. Don't feed the animals... There are tons of suntan chairs everywere. There are also dolphins. The evening shows were more awsome then I have ever seen. The rooms are huge and i love that there is a seperate sitting area. There is positivily nothing wrong with this hotel. Yes the evening meals are a little tough to get into but talk to the staff. Don't just get mad. We talked kindly to the staff and were able to get into the fun resturaunts. Again we had no problems at all, but we talked to the staff a lot so we found out how to handle any problem we might have encountered. Everyone was willing to help..Super super awsome trip.. This is a great hotel for families because there is so much to do and see. Lots of shopping right at the resort and they do have a free shopping tour. Again always ask those of you that are leaving bad reviews probably were looking for something to complain about. That is not nice. If you dont ask for help you dont get to write a bad review.
