staying at this property was absolutely amazing except guest service agents are not that helpful nor Front desk. They seem to be ignorant sometimes whenever I asked for help in arranging booking or asking for bill changes.

Beautiful property with lots of things to do with the kids!! Clean rooms, good food, lots of games and pools to choose from. My only couple complaints are the chair situation (they need to purchase more) as there was never any beach or pool chairs available after 10am and the smell of their public bathrooms was awful! Overall I would definitely return!

It was pretty understaffed at the bars by the pools. They need more beach chairs also because if you dont get out tgere by 7am you are searching all over for chairs

I loved the amenities; pools, beach, pickle ball court, access to meals, drinks etc. However I would not see it as a five star resort. Our room had damage such as cracked tiles and broken off support bar in the bathtub, air conditioner did not work near capacity, wi-fi light continuously blinked all night every night .. had to cover it with a towel but didn't help. I advised front desk but little assistance was offered. Otherwise the grounds and hospitality staff were wonderful.
