Overall a great experience. Staff is super friendly and make you feel like a king the whole time. Amenities are spotless, night shows are great too. The only down side would be the beach , but we are not much of a beach family so , that was no an issue at all for us.

Room was clean. Air conditioning in the room worked okay (not great). Was there for our anniversary, we told them that. We were in the “family selection.” When we checked in it was a room with two double beds, which was a bummer for us on our anniversary. After 4 days they changed it but we had to keep going back to the desk to follow up. The pool was nice but there were lots of people smoking around the pool and even though it wasn’t allowed, no one asked them to stop. Staff in the family selection areas were good, outside the family selection was slow. We had a nice time and it’s a beautiful place but some things stood out as unforced errors.

Great staff. All very helpful and friendly. We stayed in the Family Selection with swim up. Family selection is the only way to go if you have kids. The rooms were clean. Included butler was awesome. Allowed you to book dinners at a la carte easily. Beach is good, but not amazing. Nice sand, but a little rocky walking out. Pools are nice. Food is pretty good for an all inclusive. Plenty of variety. Nobody got sick. We had a 13 year old and 9 year old. Kept them busy. Highly recommend.

We stayed from Nov. 5-12. The rooms were clean and we really appreciated having butler service to make reservations for a la carte, calling for a carte to pick us up and other bookings. All staff were friendly and helpful. There are different buffets with lots of options for kids. Kiddy pool is nice we had a 4 and 5 year old with us and they were quite content being there each day. Beautiful location with different animals like iguanas, coati, capybara roaming around. Kids loved looking at them!

The room was spot less clean. Room service was great. Staff members were very friendly and helpful. Food was very good too if I had to complain about something it will be that the shuttle service were very slow to take you to your village but we did not like to wait 15 minutes every time so we walked every single time.

I recently stayed at the Grand Palladium Kantenah Resort & Spa All Inclusive in Mexico, and it was truly an incredible experience from start to finish! The resort is absolutely stunning — surrounded by lush tropical gardens, pristine beaches, and beautiful pools. Every corner feels like paradise. The staff were beyond amazing — warm, welcoming, and always ready to help with a smile. The service throughout the resort was top-notch, whether at the front desk, restaurants, or poolside bars. The food and drinks were fantastic! There were so many options, from delicious buffets to à la carte restaurants with international cuisine. Everything was fresh and flavorful, and the cocktails were perfectly mixed. The villas where I stayed were spacious, clean, and comfortable, with all the amenities you could ask for. I especially loved the attention to detail — the housekeeping team kept everything immaculate. The beach and pool areas were perfect for relaxing, and there was always something to do — from snorkeling and kayaking to live shows and entertainment in the evenings. The spa was also an amazing highlight — peaceful, rejuvenating, and a great way to unwind. Overall, I can’t recommend this resort enough! It’s the perfect destination for couples, families, or anyone looking for a mix of relaxation, adventure, and luxury. I’m already dreaming about my next visit!
