The property is huge, there is a lot to do for kids. However, their service and accommodation is garbage. Watch out when you see the The Club level people as they will try to steal and persuade and promise of coupons and gifts and thats all false.

This property is at excellent level. Very friendly staff, quality foods, great sceneries, 5ft pools, and more. But you may consider some tips before picking this hotel complex. 1- buildings are located far from lobby/restaurants. so, you will need a (free) cart ride to get there. The wait time for those carts was 15 to 45 minutes, depending on day and time. 2- The beach was not swimmable at this season. There were plenty of sea weeds and floating sands that makes it look nasty. 3- If you're coming through Cozumel's airport, allow more than 2 hours for transportation. Ferry leaves every 30 min. 4- Restaurants only serve dinner. For lunch (and breakfast of course) you may use one of the buffets. All in all, the hotel is located in a very beautiful land and maintains high quality standards for everything they offer.

The resort is spacious and easy to navigate. Transportation between buildings were outstanding always easy to find or request . Restaurants are not possible to book at all so options are to eat at the buffet mostly. Room service was just ok ( they need more attention to details)

Just returned from our 6 day trip. 2 adults and 2 children. We stayed in the family selection. The good… -Lots of dining food options. -Access to all the property’s. -Pool right outside our room. The kids loved this. -Transportation around the resort. -Beautiful and clean resort. -The butler service. You text them what you need and boom it’s delivered to the room and you tell them what dinner options you would like for your stay on the first day and they make the reservation for you. -Pools are beautiful and not over crowded. -Love the swim up bar. -Staff was very nice and very helpful. - The Market comes every Wednesday and Saturday some local vendors. - They have a kids club though we did not use this. -Family selection had free water, drinks, and candy bar for the kids with snacks. -Water is filtered and completely safe. - Rooms were very nice and clean. Now the not so great. - When you arrive they try to set you up on a one hour tour and offer you all the Incentives. They pitch it as a marketing. A simple no thank you a few times did not stop the sales pitch. I understand this is their jobs and I respect that but it was a little much. - Beach was not something you wanted to swim in. Nobody was ever in the water due to the seaweed. Not resorts fault. Just a bummer. - Drinks were really weak even when asked for A double. I would recommend this resort and stay there again. Just maybe a different time of year due to the beach issue.

MOST of the staff and workers did amazing with what they were able. We truly were spoiled by our room service, house cleaning , Aaron and Rogelio ( the butlers) and food staff! However a tad irritated with some things communicated by the office. purchased a room that was sizable for my family online and instead got downgraded to one bed and a hard as a rock pull out couch. (Told no guarantee on rooms and subject to availability) . Tried to make the best out of it but after five days, your body aches tend to come in full force. Beach was completely unusable. Like completely. I understand nature is unpredictable (seaweed) but refusing to have any compensation or offer alternative transportation to another beach for even a limited time is crazy when working in hospitality and promoting the resort. We were all very disappointed by not just the no beach (not their fault) but them not wanting to help us get to/from a usable one. They just kept saying “not our fault” . It’s not mine either :/ but I’m not running a resort that promotes beach access and thrives on happy guests. All in all - the actual place is beautiful and people are so friendly. Just don’t expect the “higher ups” to care should you have an issue.

Family Selection upgrade was totally worth it! My husband and I traveled with our 15 & 11 year old children. We had a beautiful ambassador suite with lots of space for all of us. There is a pull out sofa bed that my kids had to share - it was not big enough at all and there is no option for a roll away bed. The shower set up is strange, it leaked water from under the door and left a giant puddle every time someone used it. I was nervous that someone would slip. Housekeeping was fantastic. We always had clean towels, blankets and sheets. The most brilliant part of this resort is the butler service! Edmundo was especially great to us. They were all so attentive to our needs and requests. Being available on WhatsApp it made it so easy. They even helped set up an excursion via WhatsApp! Absolutely the best part of this resort! The property is huge but so easy to get around. We never waited more than 5 minutes for a cart to take us to our requested part of the resort. The pools were nice (very deep!) however the swim up bar could have had some better customer service. It was disappointing that the beach was not usable but no fault of the resort. We enjoyed our stay and look forward to visiting again in the future!

I was there with a group of 10(4 rooms) all in the Family Selection area. All staff that we encountered were very friendly and helpful, especially the butlers, who took care of our large groups dining reservations, etc. Everyone had a great time! Thank you!
