The reception staff were amazing. We needed to extend our stay each day and they were very accommodating. Helping us to get the best rate and even let us have the same room when possible. We were very appreciative of them going the extra mile to help us.

Convenient location for public transport and shopping/ dining nearby. Friendly staff and clean rooms, nice pool and spa. The only grievance was outside of the hotel's control - namely, on 2 nights out the 6 we stayed, the noise from the bar across the road was rather loud (probably can't hear it if the room is not facing the front of the hotel).

My stay at this hotel was truly a pleasure. From the very first moment, I felt welcomed and comfortable. The location is also excellent, making it easy to enjoy the surroundings and feel connected to the city, while still having a peaceful retreat to return to.
