Property was clean. Host Ron and Monique were great. If we had a question, they would reply promptly. The BBQ wasn’t working, when contacted the host Ron and Monique they had a rental BBQ for us that same afternoon at no extra cost.

Well-equipped, spacious villa with some wow factors

Overall, we very much enjoyed our stay. On arrival, the villa is stunning: the lights twinkle on some lovely spaces, and for our October visit, the owners had tastefully decorated the front outdoor area to reflect Hallowe’en. Some areas of the property were beginning to look a little tired: the pool area and the garage games room would benefit from being freshened. However, all other aspects of the villa stay were fabulous and we would stay there again.

Beautiful & Comfy!

We loved our stay! The house was clean and beautifully decorated. The beds were super comfy, which is important after a long day at Disney. We didn’t get our check in email so we had to call about the code to get inside but otherwise everything was great. My son just told me after we got home that a few of the more popular video games were broken on the Multicade machine so that probably needs to get fixed but it didn’t affect our stay. Overall a wonderful experience and we will definitely stay again!

Our stay was wonderful. The hosts were super accommodating. The pool was awesome. The home was beautiful and decorated phenomenally. They even has a Christmas tree and an elf on the shelf since we were there over the holidays! They had everything I needed for our two year old, five year old and eighteen year old, making travel super easy. The game room was great extra space and we had some fun car races! Thanks for everything! We hope to be back next year!

Beyond Expectations

We can not overstate how impressed we were by this home. The owners, Ron and Monique, obviously take pride in and care for their home to ensure that guest feel every comfort. It is a beautifully decorated and comfortable home. There are many added touches and extra amenities that made our stay very enjoyable. The game room was an instant hit with the young ones (and older as well). The clean and inviting pool was welcoming and relaxing and we spent much time there. As previous reviews state, the website pictures don't do it justice, and the home is far nicer than the pictures show. I enjoyed meeting Monique, who came by to check that we were settled in ok. She graciously tended to a few of our requests (with Ron's assistance) and she even had time to find a screw driver and help my six year old install batteries in his lego train. This is one vacation we definitely did not want to end. We hope to visit again soon.

Best birthday weekend!

Loved absolutely everything about this property. Super clean, roomy, every gadget, appliance, accessory, you name it, they have it. The game room was awesome and the screened in pool was the cherry on top to it all. I loved this home and would highly recommend it. I also met one of the owners, Monique, and she was the sweetest! Can't wait to rent again.

Fantastic stay

This is an ideal home for a family with varying ages. The game room and pool were fantastic entertainment. The kitchen is fully stocked - we cooked full meals throughout our stay and had everything we needed. And the pots and pans were really good quality, unlike most rentals. The home is better than the pictures, great space and furnishings, lots of towels and special touches here and there. We stayed for Christmas and the hosts put up a tree and lights for us and our toddler, and even left him a gift under the tree. Really great and easy communication with the owners - they are super responsive, available, and really lovely people. Best house we’ve ever rented, hands down! Thanks very much, Ron and Monique!!

The perfect housing during a vacation

Excellent villa

This villa is perfect! It’s super clean, beautifully decorated and has absolutely everything you can think or need! The games room was loved by all of us a perfect chill out after long busy days. What a fantastic villa and place for our Orlando vacation.

The renting of the villa couldn’t have been easier, and Ron and Monique were on hand to assist as required. The villa is fantastic, beautifully decorated, fantastic kitchen, great bathrooms and a fantastic pool. When we come back to Orlando this will be the place we’ll stay, we as long as there is availability.

Home away from Home

We finally took a vacation were we had nothing to do, other than to relax. This was the place for that. Ron and Monique were great hosts. They quickly answered any questions we had. The house has everything you will need other than your food. The grocery store is just a short drive away. The Community Pool complex is amazing. A huge pool, lazy river, hot tub, water slide, snack bar....... I'm sure, if you have kids, they will be begging to go there. With just the two of us, we spent most of our time relaxing in the pool at the house. There is so much more I could say, but I will end with this: We felt so much at home we already booked for next year. Thank You Ron and Monique

This is not my first stay using VRBO but it by far the best. The owners are wonderful & take true pride in their home. They genuinely want to help in any way to make your stay effortless and nothing short of wonderful. The home, as you can see in the pics, is pristine, spacious, and immaculately clean. Beyond that, the heated pool and gameroom make the house a kids vacation dream. The games are free, and the kids can play until their hearts content. We made so many wonderful memories here with our four children during our vacation that I will cherish always. We look forward to our next trip and it will surely be staying in this lovely home.

We have just returned from a brilliant holiday in Florida. We stayed in the most magnificent house consisting of a beautiful sitting room and dining room, 4 double sized bedrooms 2 of them with en suites. a television room and a kitchen/breakfast room. This house was really suitable for children as it had a fabulous swimming pool and a brilliant games room and they had hours of fun in both. Our hosts Ron and Monique were two of the nicest people you could meet and they could not do enough for us. We would give this house 10 out of 10 as it certainly had the wow factor and hopefully we will be back some day. Pat, Carmel & Family.

Great vacation home

We really enjoyed the home. It was very clean and in like new condition. The kids loved the game room. It was very convenient to food, grocery stores, etc. The home is located about 20 minutes from the Disney Parks in a gated/secured neighborhood. The owners stopped in to say "hello" on our first day when we were all taking naps which I thought was a bit odd and unneeded. The only TV that we could get cable on was the Living Room TV. Other than those two minor issues the house was perfect.

A Perfect Get-Away While You're Getting Away

From the moment we saw the game room online to the moment we sadly said good-bye, we were happy about our decisionl! We were greeted with beautiful mood lighting and music as we walked in for the first time and that set the relaxing tone for our trip. We loved having nature as our view from the pool area (and got a few good pics on a walk along the water's edge) and, on cooler evenings, we ate dinner on the back deck. The beds were comfortable, the house was immaculate yet welcoming, and the location was far enough away from the parks to escape the crowds yet close enough to get there as the parks opened. We were fortunate to meet Monique and she made sure we had everything we needed. We could not have been more happy! Not to mention the arcade racing games which I played like I was back in high school!! Thank you for making our trip as magical as it could be. I would recommend this home to anyone!

Beautiful home in a great location for Disney!

The home is even prettier in person than in the photos! It is also in a gated community with a huge pool area, lazy river, and water slide. My sons mostly wanted to swim in the backyard pool though, and they also loved the game room. Ron and Monique went above and beyond in every way! They were so helpful and made our stay amazing. We will definitely book again the next time we head to Disney or Universal.

A high quality villa in a good location for exploring Orlando - highly recommend!

As a family of 4 we thoroughly enjoyed our 10 night stay in August. The villa was spacious, beautifully appointed, spotlessly clean and superbly equipped for our every need. The outdoor space and pool is relatively private, overlooking a conservation area where we were fortunate enough to see a variety of birds on several occasions. Our children loved the games room which kept them occupied for hours. The owners are fantastic and very attentive, clearly wanting to ensure we had a great stay. On the odd occasion that we needed to contact them, they responded immediately to our queries. Good location, just 15/20 mins from Disney. Highly recommended!

Beautiful home with everything you could wish for and more!

We are just home from spending our holidays in this beautiful villa, which exceeded our expectations.! We received such a warm welcome from Ron & Monique and they gave us great tips for our trip eg. restaurants, places to see, etc. We could not think of anything that this villa was missing and we spent many a relaxing day by the pool area and amazing games room. Loved the location of Solterra also, as was very convenient to get to supermarkets and stores, without hitting the I4.
