This place isn’t horrible, but it isn’t great either. It was nice to be in the middle of downtown, but the room AC didn’t work, there was water damage on the ceiling and walls, and the overall experience was underwhelming.

Front desk staff was very friendly, but room was incredibly hot, but too loud outside to have balcony door open. Bathtub faucet didn’t just drip, it was running more than a little trickle, and bathtub was terribly stained and chipped.

DIDNT FEEL SAFE

The pictures that they provide online are NOT what my room looked like. VERY OUTDATED! I was afraid to walk to my car because of the transients. I felt unsafe walking to the elevator. Police were there daily.

I was disappointed with the odd smell of the room and it was obvious the bathroom floor had not been cleaned. I understabd facilities age but there is no excuse for lack of cleanliness. That was obviously due to the maid who was responsible for cleaning. The price was reasonable, parking great, my view was wonderful, gentleman checking me in was pleasant and helpful.

The temperature was too hot and the air conditioning was broken. Paint in the tub and shower was cracked and peeling. No overhead lights and the lamps were dim. I will never stay there again.

It was a basic hotel room, I'm wouldn't take a shower/ bath because there was a huge cracking and removal of the coating of the inside of the tub. It didn't look sanitary and looked kinda rusty. Iwish I'd taken a picture. The beds were hard and the balcony door said it only opened 4 inches for safety, but it opened all the way. Service was great, very friendly and inviting. But the room left us with something else to be desired.

Requires multiple repairs around and inside the property especially the rooms. Ceiling tiles were missing, the slider door was broken, with the toilet and bathroom with debris and blue stains almost like the comet cleaner was left there for days.
