This is a place to truly slow down, fill your cup and feel replenished. The expansive views gift a connectedness to nature that attunes you to the natural rhythms of the landscape. Watch as the rising sun hits the Barwon Heads Bluff, the tidal movements alter the dimensions of the estuary, and the colours of the sky evolve all day. At night the Barwon Heads bridge and township lights twinkle - complete with a telescope to explore the skyscape. In all seasons, the experience is priceless.

This residence is located in a safe and friendly court.
It is ideal for both the adventurous and those who want to kick back and relax.
All within the immediate area: surfing, windsurfing, SUPing (Stand Up Paddle), diving, bike riding, running paths, skateboarding, fishing and golf. If sitting back and relaxing is more your thing then choose from many of the beautiful surrounding beaches, parklands, cafes, bars, restaurants, spas, shops or designer boutiques to spend your time.
There are great cafes, bars and many restaurants on The Terrace, plus boutiques, clothing, shoes, swimwear, books, homewares and much more.
Ocean Grove has a beautiful coastline for walking, swimming and surfing. Enjoy the glorious walks around the lake, along the riverside trails or the beachfront.
Getting Around:
Our beach house is within easy walking/riding distance to parkland and Blue Waters Lake Reserve. The Groove Café is the local favourite shop to get your morning coffee, yummy lunches and ready meals. More shops, cafes, restaurants and supermarkets can be found in three distinct shopping areas (The Terrace (main street), Kingston Village or Ocean Grove Marketplace. A double garage and driveway provide off-street parking for two cars, plus parking on the kerb. Please note the driveway is very steep, but there are steps to walk up if you prefer. If parking in front of the garage door, please park to the far right side of the driveway. This enables the neighbours access to sufficient turning room.
Closest train station 25km away (Geelong station) for V/Line train Geelong- Melbourne.
Ocean Grove is 1 hour 25 mins by car from Melbourne.
Other Things to Note:
If parking in front of the garage door, please park to the FAR Right SIDE of the driveway. This enables the neighbours access to sufficient turning room.
