Great car parking and clean facilities, including the room. However, you could hear everything that was going on outside. Customer service needs a touch up, including the hot springs reservation area. I was asked to make the payment when I arrived, when I had already fully paid. At the hot springs reception they just wanted me to pay and didn’t give me any details. I saw them give someone a wrist band and I asked if they had lockers. I mentioned when I first approached them that I was a guest at the hotel and where do I leave my things. They should offer lockers and give you an explanation on what to do. We were all trying to smell the aromatherapy pool, but couldn’t smell a thing. Still, the hot springs was a good experience. Buffet breakfast was beyond basic and sad, but affordable. Best thing about the stay was the one bedroom room.

Ideal for older couple one of whom has painfull knee issues. Easy access to room via 2nd level carpark very convenient. Staff friendly and helpful, room and bed very comfortable. All round a pleasant experience over 3 days. Would definitely stay again.

The hotel was in a lovely spot. It’s on the edge of the residential area next to the sea and very quiet. There is a warm salt water pool as part of the complex that’s free to use (think lap/kid pool). The deep blue spring hot pools are part of the same complex and can be accessed off the lobby but entry fee is extra. We went to the evening session and thought it was well worth the $$. The hotel and pools were clean, well maintained and the staff very friendly and helpful.

The rooms are very tired and out of date, carpets and furniture need replacing. The staff are inconsistent ranging from unfriendly, to quite nice and helpful. The surrounds are unimpressive and it is too expensive.

Room was not ready at check in. Staff were not helpful. Restaurant was closed, had to drive into town for options. People in room above were very noisy
